Cleanest restrooms and best showers of any campground we have stayed in. Came in 9PM left 9AM. Never got into the office or store.

A great place to stay for an overnight during winter months. This was our second year staying there for a night while traveling south. Very nice staff and bathrooms and showers were warm and clean even though the weather was freezing. Would love to check it out in the warmer weather.

Absolutely love this place on our stopover enroute to Florida via I-75. Cindy at front desk is the friendliest and most hospitable person we’ve ever had the pleasure to check in with. One time on a past trip we arrived in the dark and struggled to find our campsite. Although the office was closed Cindy took it upon herself to come to our rescue and guide us to our site!

Fantastic. We are 100% pleased with our stay. Everyone was so friendly. A BIG thanks to all the staff. The park amenities were great. The showers were great and well maintained. We were actually there from September 5th to January 15th while waiting for our home to be completed. I would highly recommend this KOA to anyone passing through town. Mike Shrout.

We highly recommend this KOA. After a long difficult (winter weather) travel day the ladies at the desk were welcoming and very helpful. The site was very level, the shower/restrooms were updated, clean and the water was very warm. The campground is very quiet and very well maintained. It appears there are a lot of activities for warmer weather. We will definitely stop again on our way through.

The campground is well kept, the shower houses are extremely clean, and communication with staff is wonderful and easy. It’s a great campground in the winter and even better in the summer!!

We stayed New Years eve and had a great time at Kings Bar and Grill right around the corner. Downtown Lebanon is great. The restrooms and showers were impeccably clean and private. The office was closed but check in was a breeze and it was everything we had hoped. We will probably return over the summer.

The campground is clean, although never used the laundry or bath house. Quiet at night. Only drawback this time was the site had very little rock on it and was very muddy. Left inside of my rv a mess. Otherwise we stay here every time we come through.

This KOA is a good place to stay for the night. We were there in December on our way to Florida. It looks like it would be nice in the summer.

The nicest KOA staff & campground we stayed in this fall. They picked up our propane tanks & filled them & returned them to our site filled to us, what an awesome service.

Site #79 was very unlevel, and when I opened my sewer valves to drain my waste tanks, they wouldn’t drain. The sewer was plugged solid. Thankfully my neighbor wasn’t hooked to his sewer and I was able to reach it. However, I love the campground and the fact that it’s open all year. We will absolutely be back.

Always our first stop for the night while heading to our destination. KOA hosts always helpful and accommodating. Appreciate that it’s close to I-75 and the price is reasonable.

Let me start by saying the people were very nice. But I was disappointed in the campsite. There was dog food and cat food strewn around and a bunch of legos laying all over the place. Obviously not cleaned after last tenant. The sewer backed up and I had to hook up to the neighbor's hook up. The camp sites were kind of small. best part about this campground is it's open all year

I would call the rating 4.5. The main issue that prevents calling it a 5 is that access to the office for registration can be complicated for larger RVs.

Very nice reception by staff. Nice clean restrooms. Wifi and cable tv worked fine. Sites were not very attractive ... very muddy... gravel or paving would improve the whole park a lot....

The bathrooms were awesome. The sites a little smaller than I'm used to. I wish more campgrounds had a lights down policy. This was a very bright campsite. I would definitely come back.

First stop on trip to Florida for the winter. Cold but the park was just fine for the night. Had a tank filled with propane and the service was excellent. Would stay again if going thru the area.

We stayed one night on our way to Florida. The escort to the site was great. Staff was very friendly. They were responsive to all communication questions. I’d go back for sure.

Late November is a chilly time to travel and we called less than an hour before and received both a warm welcome on the phone and when we arrived. Only thing that could be warmer is if they had a cup of hot chocolate ready. Like all KOA campgrounds we have stayed at, the facilities were clean and central to our campsite. Thank you.

We stayed one night in November so it was not that busy and was quiet. Overall the campground and the shower house were nice and clean. We would stay again in the near future.

We stayed here on our way to Florida from Ontario. This was in late November and was extremely cold (-8C, 17F), so we didn’t explore the campground. But one thing we did notice was the bathhouse, wow we thought that it was excellent. More KOAs should aspire to have bathhouse as this one. This KOA is on our list for future stays.

Beautiful campground. Lot’s of level lots. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms & Showers. Always stop there on are way south and again on our way back. You can’T go wrong staying there.

Campsites are small. Cars speeding through the campground. Personnel were very nice.

The check in person was very friendly and personable. We were escorted to the campsite. It is pretty small in space. We had to park the SUV perpendicular to our camper. Fortunately we are only staying here two nights and using it for sleeping not really camping. The bathrooms are extremely clean, they look newly painted. They're unisex bathrooms, there is a toilet sink and shower in a lockable room. They also have a very clean laundry area.$3 per load. I don't know how this would be during a busy time of year because they have a mix of campers and cabins- not sure how busy the bathrooms would be. This worked well for what we needed.

We have stayed here many times when traveling on I-75. Staff is amazing, restrooms are spotless and there is a great little dog park! Highly recommend this campground.

We stayed on our camper that's why a 5. The office personal was super nice and helpful. The location is great for downtown Lebanon Ohio. We will be going back in the summer and probably next December.
