Very nice KOA to stay at. Congested ride into Charleston on I-26 but wonderful owners. Rich, who works in Maintenance, helped me with air for my RV tires.

We had a pleasant stay at this campground. The sites were level, campground was well-maintained. It was very convenient to all the areas we were visiting. We did not use the facilities other than the laundry. It was very clean and well-maintained.

We arrived and our patio furniture including the chairs were a mess..We could not use our table and chairs because of mold and rust..when we mentioned it to office they said they would send someone to look at it..no one arrived.. my wife spent over an hour trying to make it presentable...of all the Koas I have stayed at it was the worst.. pictures available

Nice sites and friendly, helpful, staff. Live oak trees with lots of grey squirrels. Definitely would stay again.

Rec room was closed, and sites were pretty spartan and close to each other. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. A fair place to stay, but not a destination

The sites are packed together tightly, muddy, and no grass. The sewer hook-up is elevated, so sewage will remain in the lowest portion of the run. The water hook-up is permanent on (takes a screwdriver to turn it off). And the cable hook-up has to be jerry-rigged to make the cable stay on. KOA router for the Internet was a complicated procedure. All workable things, but very uncommon for a KOA.

I was rather disappointed in this campground. The campground was shabby, all the plantings were weedy and overgrown. The site we picked didn’t resemble the pictures on the website at all. I used the laundry room during my stay. It was clean, but about half of the washing machines were out of service. The dump station was very overgrown and the lid was difficult to open.

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Sites are very tight. Area is noisy with a lot of traffic and in a sketchy area of town

The facility is adequate, the people were very nice and the location was a convenient. It is on the flight path to the airport so there is a lot of aircraft and traffic noise. The mobile home park on the road to the entrance is not very well kept so my initial impression was not great but the area that the campground occupies was well cared for and we had a pleasant stay.

We have stayed at this location a couple of times a year for the past 8 yrs. We have been happy with most of the changes and improvements. Although your new, or at least new to us, is you policy on puppy fences. We travel in our RV because we take our puppies with us. Not being able to leave our 2 ft high puppy fence up for the duration of our stay is a problem. Please rethink this change.

Nice clean park, friendly staff, and clean sites. Wifi towers throughout the park. Good daily rates. Clean pool and restrooms. The local police department parks and drivers through this KOA at night.

We stayed here for a little over a month and they were awesome the park was always quiet and clean they were always taking care of something and the customer service was fantastic as well

We drove past a bunch of nice, grassy sites only to arrive at our site which was completely dirt. I assume this is because we reserved a site for pets. If this is how the park wants to manage their space they should discount these dirt lots for travelers with pets. I hope this isn’t a KOA standard because it will change how we manage a two month trip we’re leaving for on Tuesday.

Staff was very nice, however the park was dirty. We were in spot A15, it was muddy and there was trash in the firepit and on the ground. A15 backs up to an open field and the road. Didn’t feel particularly safe and the noise from the road was bad. The restroom/showers and pool were good and clean tho.

We had a cemented pull through site, no problems, everything worked fine. We picked this location as wanted to be near Capital One stadium. Would have stayed at the other Charleston KOA if was more interested in touring the city.

Staff very helpful and friendly, clean laundry room. Landscaping in front entrance needs some improvement and game room needs some work but we will be back great location to Charleston

This was a very convenient location to Charleston with many eateries near by. Staff was super nice on check in! Downsides are spaces are close and for big rigs not exactly easy to get out of your space.
