We had a wonderful time! The Staff was great. Clean environment and centrally located to everything we wanted to visit. The only complaint was that the pool and laundry room closed at 8pm. We had to adjust our day time events to be able to do laundry and give the kids some time to unwind in the pool.

It was awesome!!! We were finally able to utilize our new tent!!! The spot was perfect and the office staff are very attentive and made sure that our stay was amazing!!!

Nice, level sites. Friendly staff. A little out of the way. Patio furniture should be updated and cushions cleaned or removed.

Staff were nice. Sites are so close that sewer lines ran past the picnic bench. Understand the need to get more units in but disappointing. FYI Back in sites have better shade.

All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Had a deluxe site and the gas grill provided was in bad shape. Mentioned it to one of the employees and he was back in about 30 minutes and replaced it with a brand new one. My only complaint was we were near the front of the park and the road noise and emergency vehicles on the highway outside the park was a little loud at night.

Not up to KOA standards - pull through site was full of roots and hard to get level, there were mounds of fire ants, and the entrance was very hard to pull out into traffic on 78.

Super friendly staff and nice pool and bathroom. The location is close to Charleston. But the area is a bit sad and it is close to a big road and an airport.

While the trailer park at your entrance is not very appealing, the campground itself was clean and quite nice. We had no issues while there.

It was very cozy. I didn’t like the wood chips from a tree by the campsite but still was pleased. Maybe have more places to put doggie poop bags.

Nice, quiet place! Laundry facilities were helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful!! We were in Goose Creek for our son’s graduation from Naval Nuclear Power School. Decent distance from base.

Very run down. Site flooded out after rain and couldn’t even walk around my camper without walking in 2 inches of water for 2 days. Fire pit filled with water and rusting out. Stray cats everywhere. Felt insecure Kids from trailer park next door walking through camp ground using basketball court. Overgrown and just not a nice experience.

The entry and the trailer park at the side were very sketchy. If our spot wasn’t at the opposite end of the campground we probably wouldn’t have stayed.

This KOA location I feel lets the KOA brand down. Upfront is nice but the campgrounds need attention and maintenance, mowing, yard work etc.

Small half sand and gravel lots that had 7 feet on both sides of the camper total room. Very small. Mud everywhere. Old nasty trailer court across the fence. Cats everywhere. Basketball hoop broke and hanging. Bathrooms were 2 blocks away. Except for full timers was mostly empty. Had bigger lots but put us on a small lot. Camper only 32 feet but filled the sand gravel pad front to back.

Management put campers under trees knowing that the limbs were falling. Result? Camper roof damage. According to them it was an “Act of God”. Seems to me if aware of an unsafe situation it would be negligence. Would not recommend this campground.

We know you have no control over rain but the campground sites are not ready for a deluge. We had a premium site that basically stayed under water or muddy. Drainage is a problem.

Not very well maintained. Several cats running around. Bathrooms were locked. Code only to get in. Sights only had a little gravel for parking. Campground is connected to a mobile home park. Definitely don’t recommend this KOA. Sights not trimmed and mowed.

Laundry facility needs to have window or air-way toooo hot in there for summer. Maybe more than one restroom facility as well. Back in sites with gravel flooded too easily with the gravel, prefer concrete pads like the pull-thru sites.

Location is perfect for a visit to Charleston or Summerville. Staff was courteous and helpful. Dog park was good but in a weird location. I felt I was walking through someone's site to get to it.

Camp ground fits more in the KOA Journey class (if that) than a Holliday class. Had a patio site, grill was disgusting, had not been cleaned in so long it had mold growing in it. Other than a pool, no amenities. The sites are unkempt. Our site had standing water for days, poor grading for rain run off.

Staff were fantastic!!! Made our stay better after rain washed a lot of pine needles and debris into out site . Site should have been gravel but was mostly all dirt before the rain which was a muddy mess after . People from neighboring trailer park were observed walking into grounds to wash their clothes in the KOA laundry room . Mens showers were dirty with debris blocking drains .

Seems to be that there could be some money spent on updating the camp sites and sprucing up the camp ground as a whole!!! Other then that is wasn’t a bad camp ground. Probably would camp here again if nothing else in the area is available!!! Thanks

The staff is friendly from check in-check out. The pool area is kept clean. Pool is inviting. Shower/restroom was always clean. Never ran out of water and the commodes we're always clean and "stocked". People are friendly but not over friendly. Prices at store are very reasonably. Plenty of stuff to do for the young people. Grass is kept cut. Love camping here at KOA

This was the WORST KOA I’ve ever stayed at! The SAFETY at this location is why I say this. I had a crackhead lady come in the bathroom on me after gaining access behind two CHILDREN! Once inside she proceeded to tell the male waiting for her outside that “once the lady (me) got done doing my hair that she’d service him!” They we’re NOT guest!! Pleasant stay. Nice swimming pool and crafts for kids. Grocery stores right around the corner. Clean showers/restrooms and close enough to go visit Charleston.

Great stay. There are a lot of cats that stay outside lots of cat poo. But, other than that everything was great.

This was a very convenient location to Charleston with many eateries near by. Staff was super nice on check in! Downsides are spaces are close and for big rigs not exactly easy to get out of your space.
