Very nice and clean. Staff at check-in 12/15/22, could have been a little more knowledgeable. Very clean bathrooms and hot showers. Last night's stay, 12/18/22, was very entertaining, with a highspeed car chase through the campground. Best live entertainment ever. Love the campground. Close to everything Charleston.

Location in Ladson is excellent. Didn't see much of the park, as we were only there overnight and left before sunrise. Site was level and staff was kind.

Campsite was a mess when we arrived. Location entrance is somewhat shady looking. Loud traffic noise and constant noise from emergency services.

Although we only stay overnight for 2 nights. We got wonderful service. Front office staff was absolutely wonderful.

The KOA is located in a area surrounded by a trailer park, gas station and abandoned buildings. The park itself seemed to be okay. Being December, everything is dead and looks kind of abandoned but, probably much better in the spring and summer. No real concerns other than the many vehicles that were speeding through the sites at speeds well above the posted limit. Very unsafe. Needs addressed.

Great location for us. Level sites, good FHU. Between two Highway so some road noise but not too bad. A good place to stay and visit Charleston.

Location is very good but laugen and WiFi is issues need to improve. We put money in Lauren merchine twice, it not dryer enough.

The code on the bathroom was nice. Lever for shower water on side of of stall. One toilet was taller making it easier for more mature to use.

The rec room and pool were closed. The playground is unsafe and should be repaired or torn down. Our kids did not like this place at all because there was nowhere for them to safely play.

I think people from outside are using the restrooms despite your efforts The 30 and 50 amp receptacles should be inspected regularly One of them was cracked that’s dangerous and can lead to loose connections sparking and fires

Site was well kept. Staff friendly and accommodating. Site was properly maintained, although a little short for our 44 ft. toy hauler. We were not able to open our rear patio

Electric was bad noises during day with quads and motorcycles riding all over campground. Sticker seeds stuck to everything including my poor dog. No tables. Uneven sites. The list goes on and on

Campground was ok. Bit overpriced for location. You are next to a trailer park. It is policed by local authorities so don't be surprised to see the cops driving thru. I gave it a med rating because it appears they are trying but our site had empty bud lite beer cans, garbage & our sewer top was broken. Had to dismantle to use it. It ok.

I made on line reservations a few days before and I thought I was lucky to get the one site available. It was a30 Amp site but that was ok. It was against the woods and the smallest site in the place. Very hard to get my 33'fifth wheel into it. But still happy to have a place until my entire stay there were numerous sites that were never occupied. I don't know if your online systemis bad I'm unhap

We only stayed for one night so, not much to review. The location is not the greatest as it is beside a very busy road that is loud all night. Turns in the campground can be tight and tricky if you have a long camper. We chose a deluxe patio site that had an asphalt parking pad, a firepit with nice chairs, a grill, and a swing. Other sites had gravel parking and only a picnic table.

We got there with a 42’ camper they had us in a spot that maybe would have held a 34’ camper.. Another fifth wheel was put near our spot and they hung out into the road. They did move our spot after we questioned it. Neighborhood around was not good. Then in the morning they had a kid on a dirt bike flying around the campground behind the campers on the outer edge of the campground. No ameniti

While this campground isn't in the nicest part of Charleston, it's still a solid choice. Access to I-26 (and going in to Charleston or other sites of interest) is very convenient. Even nearby Summerville is quite nice. I've stayed here a couple of times now--mainly because it's hard to get in to the KOA in Mt. Pleasant. But this KOA usually has good availability, so it's dependable and works well.

Playground is rotting our child almost fell through very dangerous. Trash behind our site including a toilet. The office staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had a very nice spot under a beautiful large tree, site 10. No one could camp on the tree side due to roots, etc making it an even better site. The laundry room had a couple broken machines, which is sadly fairly common. However, they did have one of the extra large dryers and their price for wash/dry was very reasonable. They had propane which was great too!

Booking our site online was easy. Check in at the park was quick and easy. The park was clean and we had no issues. We needed an additional spot for parking our 15’ U-Haul truck overnight and they were able to accommodate us. Thank you. We appreciate it.

Given some of the reviews we saw for the KOA we were understandably a little worried going into our stay. This ended up being a great place for us! The sites are close, with sewer hook-ups often right in another campers site. The park is kept up, but not maximizing potential (there's a run-down rec center that could be re-purposed and the facilities are older--but clean). Kind staff.

Good spot with a centralized access to Folly Beach, Downtown, Mt Pleasant. Campground was clean and concrete site was level with nice patio furniture and included grill! Very cool touch. It can be a little noisy in the evening as you're just off the flight path of the airport and there were a few sirens each night on the adjacent road. Overall good, rec room looks like it could use some work.

not well kept , broken bottles on my campsite, requested clean-up , nothing was done when I came back 8 hours later and DEMANDED immediate cleanup Caleb did a good job cleaning up . 2nd worst KOA I stayed in during 14 years of snow-birding

This was a very convenient location to Charleston with many eateries near by. Staff was super nice on check in! Downsides are spaces are close and for big rigs not exactly easy to get out of your space.
