We stayed at the Tent Village for two nights. Having access to water/electricity as well as close Showers/RR was great. It was the best "tenting" experience we've had. We'll definately be repeat customers.

Clean facilities, nice location, friendly caretakers.

This KOA is really geared towards campers with RV's. We tent-camped. We found the facilities to be clean and our kids had a great time in the pool, on the basketball court, and eating smores. However, the tent sites provided little in the way of privacy and quiet. For the first night, we stayed in the large field and awoke at 4:00 to what seemed like trucks on the verge of running through our tent

The campground was very clean and the caretakers were extremely friendly. We will definitely camp there again when we visit Carlsbad.

Nice facilities and very friendly staff, but we did not know that this campground was an hour from the national park.

The staff was superb and the campground was very nice but we stayed in a tent and were awakened at 4:30 am by a parade of diesel trucks exiting the campground and never did get back to sleep so I couldn't recommend this campground if you are tenting on a week night.

Wonderful campground. We were with a Boy Scout Troop and we used tent camping and cabins. Both were excellent!

We stayed in tent village. Extremely nice sites. Charged a bit more for a tent site than I thought should be charged.

This was the 1st KOA that I had ever stayed at. The people were very nice and friendly. The tent village was great. It was exceptionally clean, even the bathroom and shower. I am a fan and will stay at KOA on all of my vacations.

A family of 5 traveling with 2 adults and 3 kids, ages 3-8. We thought the employees at the campground were very kind, courteous and helpful. The pool was clean and cool. The park was very clean and felt secure. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The only drawback we felt was the layout of the park. We were glad we opted for the tent village because the tent sites were out in the open with no c

It's a wonderful place. Though something has to be done about the long term people that work from there. Having all the 0430-0530 work traffic drive out in their diesel trucks on a gravel road past every camper and especially those in their head lights in Tent Village is just wrong. As camper I will not return. This is the second trip to NM I've stayed there, but not again.
