It was so windy we switched from tent camping to a cabin. Thankfully that was easy. But the price for a cabin with no bathroom was ridiculous and the bathrooms were filthy the whole time we were there.

La seule quantité de ce camping est son emplacement géographique, nous y séjournons depuis 6 ans au mois de mars et le ménage des douches et toilettes se détériore de plus en plus, cette année après 4 jours aucun ménage de fait dans les douches et très très peu dans les toilettes, l’internet est mauvais, c’est un Koa à l’abandon.

This KOA needs attention in landscaping, so many weeds over 6 inches tall. Dead plants . The sites are are covered in weeds . The small area of so called grass is just dead with weeds. My site was not level it appears they could use as one gravel as existing gravel has broken down. They charge extra if you’re early, so beware. gofer holes are everywhere! Even though they were short staffed the stay was nice and everything we hooked to worked perfectly. They did very well considering the personnel shortage.

It is clean and well laid out, but the thing that really struck me was how quiet it was. A lot of campgrounds are right off the highway and trucks and traffic all night can keep you awake. This was very convenient, yet quiet.

Stayed in the tent village. Most nearby tent campers (separated by wooden fences) didn’t turn down the volume of their conversation, music, or singing, so you could hear everyone’s business. A crying baby kept us awake for two nights. Traffic sounds are consistent. Wish the WiFi reached the tent sites. WIND was destructive. A heads up about wind would have been appreciated. Great shower

The sites are huge and the dog park is nice but the preventative maintenance around the park is very poor. Plus many trailers have been sitting in the lots for a long time with very tall grass which makes areas around the park look like a eye sore. Really surprised this park is rated as a holiday I expect way more for that title.

Staff was very nice but place is rundown. Garbage dumpsters were all overflowing on ground. No food because short staffed which could be put on website so people know ahead of time. Had to drive 30 mins after traveling 6 hrs just to get food.

bathrooms plugged up, not toilet paper, paper towels jammed. Campsite overall was clean, but run down. Reservations was easy, check out fast, obviously. The staff were pleasant... they were just understaffed and stressed.

Just a couple of nights here. Good level pull through site. Loved the laundry room! The trash at the entrance off the highway, at their sign, was disturbing. Also , dumpsters were overflowing. Otherwise, good stay, nice park.

Friendly staff and clean and level sites. The park is nicely set back from the road, so it is quiet. Reba liked the dog park. It is further away from the caverns than some other parks, but it is worth the drive for a nicer location.

The campground was close to everything. It was clean and quiet with level, gravel sites. The park has a lot to do. They even have a kitchen with carry out/delivery options! It was a very nice place!

We needed a last minute reservation and Shelly and her team members did everything possible to make it happen for us. Fortunately we were even able to extend our stay and enjoy even more of the sites near Carlsbad.

My cabin was very nice. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. My picnic table was painted the day of my arrival and I was not told so it was a surprise that I couldn't use it. The bathrooms were also never cleaned the whole 3 days I was there.

It was good. Your location was lots further away from the Cavern than I thought it would be. Not your fault!

I had a great time getting together with family in the large cabin. We had plenty of space for cooking and games. The cabin came with great amenities like linens, dishes, and cookware, so it made things a lot easier for us.

All amenities were 100% perfect. However, maintenance is subpar. The dumpsters were completely full. Door handles on the auxiliary restrooms were falling off. Paper towel dispensers were empty. Only one faucet in the mens room worked. Only one soap dispenser worked.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The facilities were clean and the only issue we had was a loss of cable TV stations after the second day.

We love the family and pet friendly atmosphere. They welcomed us with our name on the board at check in which was a nice touch. Nothing was terrible but the trash on the road when you pull in doesn’t make a first impression, the dumpsters were overflowing and there were weeds growing up through our pull through site patio. Overall, we had a lovely time during our stay. Check-in/out was easy, we loved our tent site, the staff was very kind, and our kids loved the Gaga ball pit/playground. Great location to 3 parks! The only issues were the dirty bathrooms and the kitchen sink—both of which are important for tent campers. Both need a major deep clean. Showers were not touched for days (dirty razor left there, etc

It was our first time in a KOA. We had a great time. Staff, though very busy, were always helpful and polite. We had mixup with our last day, but Staff quickly took care of the problem. Lots of room for getting in and out. Nice gift shop! Would definitely recommend to others. Debbie & Tom Thompson

They need to have more maintenance people during the day. Went to the back washrooms and no toilet paper in any of the 3 restrooms, garbage cans only seem to get emptied every other day, they were always overflowing. But bb otherwise a nice place.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Sites roomy but need of maintenance. The picnic tables were all in bad shape and weeds were very high around all the hookups... very hard to find sewer drop.

Located a bit north of Carlsbad (which is a bit north of the Caverns), the KOA had nice tent sites, clean restrooms/ facilities, and a great sense of camaraderie among the guests. Would stay there again!

The site itself was nice but the restrooms were not being cleaned and stocked. They ran out of toilet paper and the sinks in the men's restroom didn't work. The person that helped us seemed very irritated when we first checked-in, not at us, but didn't give us a great impression.

Great RV spots. Very spacious! Well kept, very clean. About 45 mins from Carlsbad Caverns. They do make pizzas on site, but the nearest restaurant or store is about 30mins. Still really great KOA

Showers were wonderful, staff was friendly. Liked the activity room and games. Price was reasonable. If anything was not right, I would say that shower curtains need cleaned routinely, they had mildew on the bottom
