Really nice facility. We stayed on the riverside but brush hindered our view of the river. They do have a few sites that there is no brush so look for those. Shower facility is new but heavily used so go early. Host and staff were excellent . Really nice dog park but no water for the dogs so bring your own if you are planning on running your dog.

Very nice campground with concrete slabs, Beautiful country, nice showers/restrooms and very clean. Loved having our site at the river. Friendly people. We will be back.

We were on site 9 at the River. Fantastic site. Wished we booked another night. Reception very friendly! Restrooms very nice and clean with a good shower in a nice building fitting the surroundings. WiFi reception was perfect. An example for many other KOA sites.

Shower house is very clean until some campers make a mess. It is cleaned daily. Very nice workampers and we enjoyed our stay. Sites are level. It's a little tight getting around especially to the dump station, but do-able. We would stay here again.

This is our 5th? Year staying at the KOA in Carbondale. Love the campground, and everyone in the office has been very helpful.

First time stay at the Crystal River KOA. Staff was very nice, grounds were clean and very well taken care of. Great Place, hope to go back next year.

Very beautiful park. YouTube Vedic helped but doesn’t do it justice as the one I saw was done with few leaves on trees. Lots of shade a camp very well kept. Staff super friendly and helpful. Only slight negative was Highway noise. During day you can hear but did not notice at night!!

It’s a great location with friendly staff. If only there was something that could be done about barking dogs!! Our neighbors had 4 large dogs that cried and barked a lot. I would at least limit the number of dogs. 5 people and 4 dogs is too much. These were all large dogs so they didn’t stay in the camper much.

This was our 2nd time at the Crystal River KOA. It was very clean and comfortable. The recreation room stayed open late, so we could all watch the AVS try to win the Stanley Cup. They didn't that night, but they eventually did WIN!!!!! When guest leave, every site is cleaned thoroughly. Even the electric boxes get a wipe down with cleaner!!!!!! Very nice people, super clean!!!

This is a beautiful campground in an amazing setting. Everything is extremely well maintained, and kept very clean. The location is great for visiting several mountain locations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are on the side of the campground near the road, the traffic noise can be annoying. The pool is shallow and needs some maintenance.

Beautiful location. We stayed in back in #4, right on the Crystal River. However, we couldn’t see the River because of overgrowth. No sewer hookup at the site, but they do have a dump station, which had easy access. Gave a 4 star, just because the quarters are tight. Nice showers. Very hospitable greeting by Annie when we arrived. There’s a bike trail that goes straight to Carbondale & beyond.

Staff is always very pleasant and accommodating. Sites are well maintained. Bathrooms and showers are clean. It's one of our favorite campgrounds.

This KOA was amazing. Location, cabins, host all great. Arrived with some snow and still got a great tour of the campgrounds. We stayed right next to the river with a view of mountains as soon as you walk out.

Overall good stay, clean, and friendly staff. BUT we went to leave on the closing date and water was shut off so couldn't flush out the tank.
