Frankly, I do not want to rate this campground too highly, because it makes it harder for me to get in. It’s a wonderful park and the people are very nice and helpful.

It was a fun 3 day weekend. Crystal river was very clean. This included the grounds, bathrooms, store and personal space. My only complaint would be that our space was across from the dump station and it smelled! But the most important was the staff was friendly! Thank you

This KOA was great. Beautiful location, bike trail right from the campground, great staff, everything well kept. The bathrooms were clean and we used the showers there. We loved it and wished we'd booked several additional days, as there is a lot to do in the area. Of course, we had a large river front site and this makes a difference. We also used the laundry facilities and they were fine.

Perfect nature setting. Site on river . Restrooms very clean. Dislike bathhouse light on timer . 2 times I showered lights went out had to jump out swing door open. Owners and staff very nice. 100% recommend. And dogs loved dog run

The staff was very informed about the area. The park has a nice pool and dog run. The views of mountains by river are great. The grounds are very well maintained. Will be back!

What a great find. Nice, clean, small, campground on a pretty river. Sites were spacious. The entire staff were very nice and helpful. The dog park was the best we've ever seen in a campground. We have a 1 1/2 year old lab with a lot of energy and it was convenient to have her off leash. The only negative is we stayed in site 11 for a week which is in front of sewer and bathrooms.

Beautiful KOA in a beautiful place, It was the best WIFI system I have ever experience at an RV park; The Honey Truck feature was outstanding.

The views were beautiful, the crew was outstanding and the campers were among the nicest. Oh and the dog park was really nice too!

11 days on the riverbank. Thankfully the CA fire smoke cleared for most of the stay. All the staff were wonderful and the campsite was immaculate. We wore ourselves out hiking and biking.

The management and the employees were awesome, ready to help at any time. The campground is one of the best KOA’s ever and they do a great job of keeping it up and clean. It’s a 10 in our book

Lovely campground. People are very friendly, they are cleaning the campground regularly and the location on the river is breathtaking. We’ll be back.

Very typical KOA. Everything worked but grounds are a little untidy. Wifi was ok most of the time. The bathrooms were clean. There is no full hook-ups, W/E only, with dump truck available. We were on a premium river site but there was no view of the river due to trees, weeds, bushes etc so site was not worth the extra money. RV parking and roads were gravel but we did have a concrete patio.

Beautiful setting, helpful and friendly staff. I enjoyed the sauna. The bike trail is right off the campgrounds. Down hill going. Uphill and canyon winds on ways back. A treat of a place to stay.

Second time we have stayed here and it hasn’t disappointed us yet. The staff are so friendly and the amenities are very clean! The kids always have so much fun when we come here and adults alike! One of my favorite places to stay

This is an outstanding campground. Loved that our site backed up to the River and that the bike trail started from the campground entrance.

We stayed here on a need to get off the road. Called in and the person who answered was super friendly and quickly got us set up and left our directions out for our late arrival. We had a riverside spot that was amazing, nice quiet place. Wish we could have stayed for a week!

Well maintained, nice place, nice people. We won't stay here again, much as we like it, until they improve cell phone and wifi service. We need much better signals for both. The lack of in-space access to sanitary sewer lines is not a deal killer for short stays. Beautiful spot and convenient, accessible location. For working folks, access to the world is a must have feature.

This KOA was amazing. Location, cabins, host all great. Arrived with some snow and still got a great tour of the campgrounds. We stayed right next to the river with a view of mountains as soon as you walk out.

Overall good stay, clean, and friendly staff. BUT we went to leave on the closing date and water was shut off so couldn't flush out the tank.
