Location to Canton was good. There wasn’t much space to sit on area of patio. Very small narrow sites.

We are always very satisfied with our stay. We come at the beginning of every year because it is close to home and we can check everything out on the Motorhome before the season starts. Also we love the deluxe patio sites as they are very close to the dog park. The only complaint we would have is that the pool is far away but we are old. Lol. Don’t use it anyways. Love seeing the horses.

The sight 78 was great loved the space and all that came with it, the mini golf and playground, fishing was great but the horseback riding was the best my grandchildren loved it!

Did not care for our location as a pull thru. We were next to the main driveway. The personnel were exceptional. Very friendly

We stay there when ever we are in Ohio, the only thing I could say needs fixed is the light in the doggy pay area other than that we love to stay there!!

Carol was excellent!! Lots of improvements being made to this location and the staff are all friendly and very helpful!! Would highly recommend staying here. Note for arrival, don’t turn until you see the BIG sign!!! It’s down the hill coming from I77

The campground was very accessible. We had some furnace problems and the staff was extremely helpful. We got the problem resolved and the stay was good. We are from Houston, Texas and we had snow, sleet, rain, and sunshine all on the same day. It got down to 28 degrees. We're not used to the April weather being that cold. All in all. Great stay and close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

We had reserved the wrong date but they were so accommodating. We love this park and hope to see it in the sunshine next time.

Our stay consisted of a rooster crowing all hours of the day at a home near our camp site. We were told we had a premium site which was a washed out site slopped down hill no area under awning, entire site was standing water and mud. Everything outdated and broken, game room only half the games worked, basket ball court as advertised was a hoop in a mud hole. Only nice thing was staff at counter.

As with most campgrounds the layout of sites are a little cramped and tough to get into or out. We were at site #4 with just a 25’ trailer and the length of the site made it tough for the folks getting out of site 3 or getting into site 5. At least it was a pull through site and the internet worked well for streaming.

We came to ride our ATV for a couple days. Hard to rate a campground before official camping season. Check in was great. Site was good, very flat. Rain made it less than fun but that's not KOA'a fault. Would like to try it when the pool is open and weather is nice.

The office left us an easy to read map so we could find our site - as we were arriving after hours. Park was clean and quiet. We would recommend this KOA to our friends.

Only stayed one night. Very off the beaten path. Looked like they were under some renovation or never finished original. Someone else may love this, it just wasn’t what I like.

Very clean and nice campground. My favorite so far of all the KOA’s. My only suggestion would be more light in the park at night. It was really dark walking up to take a shower at night. But otherwise it was perfect. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Overnight stay. Bathroom facilities outstanding. Toasty warm even though outside temp in 30s. Very pleasant stay.

Up for a Friend's Funeral..taken too soon. KOA owners were pleasant and helpful during booking, While there and when leaving, they were accommodating getting gas tank filled and overall just nice and helpful! We would definitely stay there again!

I always have a great stay at this KOA when I'm in the area. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are well kept, super easy in and out, and the campground is quiet. No problems -- everything worked as expected. The wifi was strong and the cable was good also. Thank you, Bear Creek KOA!

The kamp sits between two highway exits with quite hilly local roads to reach it. The site itself is compact and nice, with full hook-ups on the majority of the RV sites. Quiet and remote place.

This place is really awesome. Great variety of activities, staff is awesome, and the layout is really good at giving everyone some level of privacy without isolating people from different areas. Never rented a cabin in a campground before but this is definitely something we would do again.
