My stay at the KOA was the greatest time I have had me and my son got to make memories that we will remember forever everybody there was so nice and so you know helpful and you know everything else I would definitely be going back to stay at the KOA more frequently thank you have a good day

The only problem with our site is the sewer connection was a long way from our camper connection. Fortunately we had additional line. It’s a great shady campground with lots of activities for the children.

Very nice campground. We only stayed 1 night but had no cable and no Wi-Fi. We will request a site with one or the other next time.

As with most of the older campgrounds and KOA’s, there are beautiful mature trees and nice sites. However, for us big rigs, the sites are tight and the trees make it difficult to maneuver. Then you end up with your neighbor’s sewer in your front yard. This KOA was not as bad as others we have been to but it would be nice for them to update some sites for us bigger rigs.

We enjoyed our stay, although noisy from many cars driving past our end site. Shower was definitely the best we’ve had on our 2week road trip!

Loved this place! It’s rustic enough to feel like camping, and has a lot of nice amenities. There’s a lot to do in the area.

Clean facilities, easy check in and check out, and friendly staff. It was unfortunate that we were only spending one night and plan to make a longer return visit.

We visit every year, it's one of our favorite local campgrounds. Very clean, lots to do inside and around the campground.

Our stay was very nice. Your campground is very, very nice. Enjoyed the camp store. Kampground offers a variety of things to do. Our only complaint was the internet. The entire 3 night stay, never once could we get the free internet. And we didn’t get the non-free internet. We had plenty of other things to do.

Not up to the standards we expect from a KOA campground.

Stayed there in July, 2 of 4 dryers in laundry not working, return in late August laundry closed. Trash pickup between 8 and 11 am. If you put trash out at 9:30 am and pickup goes through before then it will set all day. Same guy goes by and pretends he doesn't see it. Sites and fire pits not cleaned between campers. Some days smells like pig farm. Weeds around patio. $30 charge to reserve spot.

I reported a 110 plug on the electrical box that needed to be replaced. No action was taken. In addition, we were not informed that we needed to carry trash ourselves to the large trash bins positioned relatively far away from our camp site. In other KOA parks, trash was taken out to the road immediately in front of our site and picked up by regularly by KOA staff.

This our second stay in one month. The first stay they had, almost, all of the laundry was down. They said parts were ordered. The is a HOLIDAY KOA. Come on man. This stay, instead of fixing the machines they put up a sign CLOSED TO FURTHER NOTICE. There was no notice at check-in yet they charge you the same price. I’ve stayed at KOA Journeys that are better than BUCKEYE LAKE.

Managers husband was a complete xxxx. Threatened to kick me out because I wanted the site next of me fire pit moved. It was 6'2" from my 40 lb propane tank. I believe the code is >10'. Stayed one night and left.

We had a very nice stay at this park. We visited family in the area so didn’t spend a lot of time in park however staff were exceptionally friendly, check in was smooth. Our site was long and level with nice patio/fire pit. Sites are pretty close to each other but didn’t present any issues. Roads in park are nice and wide and easy to navigate with big rigs

Small but extremely nice campground. Level sites, clean, well kept. Very close to I70 and easy to get to. I highly recommend this campground. Pull through sites were long enough for coach and tow vehicle.

Would have been five stars but the camper beside me left their dogs in the camper all day. I don’t go camping to hear dogs barking all day long it makes your stay not relaxing and irritating

Rented a tent site and the managers and employees were super helpful and very nice. Great location for Buckeye Lake activities.

We were early season guests during a week with very strong spring weather. The camp hosts were awesome and worked tirelessly to keep us and all of the other guests happy, comfortable and taken care of. The campsite itself is right in the heart of Buckeye Lake with super easy access to local restaurants, the lakefront and convenience stores.
