Stays at your property are always good.Seemed alittle vacant this time around.Maybe it is due to the minimum 3 night stay at higher than normal rates. For many the idea of camping is to enjoy the outdoors and not spend a lot of money to do it.That seems to be going away when its a special event weekend.Still enjoy the stay and we will see you next year. Please fell free to contact me.

Rhonda and her staff were outstanding. The park was very clean and there were all types a actives to keep both the very young to the Sr. happy we were at this location for the summer 60 days to be with our grandkids they loved it...as did we. Our plan is to return next year. we would high recommend this park to our friends and family.

LOVED our stay. The entire staff were awesome and the location had fun things to do, it is the Disney of campgrounds. Let alone we got locked out of the RV and blocked their entrance for two hours. Felt like all loved their job and therefore made it GREAT for all. Children loved the fire truck ride. Just a WONDERFUL visit, will surely return !

Nice campground but not for $70.00 per night. Sites are very close together, we had a patio site next to a street and the camper on the other side was less than 10' away!

The face to face pull throughs have no privacy. If their is a trailer next to a motor home the first one there is under your awning. Very friendly

we enjoyed our two nite stay at Buckeye. The entry and exit from the site was easy and was large. The bathrooms were very clean. wanted to stay longer but had to get going. Thank you Buckeye staff. Ted & Beverly

Very quiet and relaxing

Even though we only over nighting at this KOA we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We have stayed at this KOA before and found the campground to be clean and well maintained. Great KOA to stay at.

I've never been charged to have a guest come visit before. We chose this campground because it was close to friends that we see infrequently. What an ordeal to have our friends come visit. There must be a reason for this but for older folks, it was an inconvenience.

Great help in finding a repair person to fix our rig. Loved the flowers and park was well maintained.
Aug 06, 2013
We loved the breakfast, dog parks, and activities.Mosquitos were the only major problem.
Aug 06, 2013
The campground was fine, campsites were a little close to each other. They also charge $6 per guest. These two items are really the only downsides. Lots of stuff for kids to do.

It's very apparent why this KOA has so many Awards. Friendly, organized, many activities.

We love it!!! We feel it is so safe and quiet. The kids love the activities!!! We have noticed that the prices here are higher than other KOA's we have stayed. We would stay alot more but we have to watch money and sometimes go somewhere a bit cheaper!!! Again we love it there and the friendliness of everyone is awesome. See you soon!!!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Buckeye Lake KOA! Friendly associates, very clean, and plenty of fun activities for our kiddo's! We will be back! Thank you for honoring military families the discount was a great help to our budget.

I think the campground itself is great but I think the price of firewood is way overpriced and I think for those staying kids should not have to continue to pay to do extra activities as much as it cost as it is.

My wife and I stay at the buckeye Lake KOA whenever we want to take our grandchildren camping. This is the best KOA in Ohio for children. Pretty awesome for adults as well. Extremely clean bathrooms and everything is managed and run efficiently with emphasis on comfort. We just love this campground.

Good for kids and adults , excellent camp staff. Site 181 needs dressing of gravel as it is down to thin very large gravel and muddy. We plan to return to this koa, thank you

Very Friendly and accommodating, Clean, great crew !!

Been on the road 2 months (12 + states); this was the most expensive nightly rate I paid.
Aug 03, 2013
Fifteen years ago I stayed here and was certain it could not have aged well. Wrong! It is fresh, clean, heavily-treed and more beautiful.
Aug 02, 2013
Beautiful bathrooms. Half the sites were flooded. Resented being charged $6 per kid fee for use of ammenities that we could not use because we checked in at night in the pouring rain and left early the next morning.

We stayed in 6 different KOAs in 2 months this summer, and Buckeye Lake is a very nice KOA. We stayed Fri-Sun. Well-kept KOA, friendly staff, lots of amenities that families with kids will enjoy. Pull-through was fairly level, wide, and nice sized w/tow vehicle. Plenty of shade, wide roads, easy in/out KOA, close to interstate. Only caveat is need to spray for poison ivy/kill veg.around tree base

Our stay was fun. Lots of activities, however, at $12 per 15 min. rental for pedal carts it was too costly for family w/ kids to enjoy. One time free 15 min for child, but some of that time is wasted adjusting equipment & waiting on roadside for Rvs/cars going by. Bring your own bikes. Also had fee for putt-putt. Was free in Milton KOA. Super Soaker Saturday was Great! Staff & sites very nice.

We are new to the RV world and this was our first time in a KOA facility and booked it so we could see what it was like. It's a nice facility but not twice as nice at the price suggests. Also the $6 per guest for a one hour visit will keep us away. Not even time for having someone in for dinner. Hope you don't complain $25 for your extra bag on a plane!
