Campground was quick in and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was a bit off the road, hilly and curvy. The campsite was isolated but scenic. I just stayed there overnight as a stop on my way east.

Easy check-in. Escorted to our reserved site. Didn't feel like we were crowded into our sites. Grounds were well kept. Shower/restroom facilities were nice and clean.

First time campers so it's hard to say how this experience rates. Seems like a lot of folks are permanent residents so it was a little noisy in the morning with folks going to work.

Loved the fact that there was a cafe on the premises and they delivered! So nice to not have to figure out something to fix after a long day on the road!

This campground is probably the nicest KOA's I have ever stayed at! Impeccably clean...quiet! Still has most of the usual stuff for the kids to do.

The park was nice and clean, but the space we had was very unlevel. We were just staying overnight but one side of the trailer was 6.5 inches down. I used all the blocks I had to get to 2 inches on one side. I feel the space could be recut and leveled out - it wasn't a good site.

The campground was very clean. Henry was awesome! Bathrooms were very nice! However, the limited hours for the pool (Noon-7pm) did not leave us with many opportunities to swim. The hours that the laundry was open was also very limited (9am-7pm I think). This also caused problems for us. These were both amenities that we expected to be available to us for more than just the middle of the day.

They were very accomodating in a time of our MH being disabled until we could make repairs. Friendly and helpful, we have stayed there many times in the past and will stay there again.

The first site (pull thru #33) was 3" out of level where we needed to sit to hook-up our water, electric, and sewer. We moved to another site (back-in #4) only 1" out of level, acceptable. The KOA credited us the difference in price. Hats off to Henry who was of great assistance to us during our stay.

There is a lot of hills but the park was clean and the bathhouse was nice. I feel like the pool could have been bigger and needs better hours 12-7?

Just a little difficult entrance but otherwise everything was great. Staff were all over the place cleaning up and helping out. Could not have been more friendly.

Exceptional service! Sites were a little small in the extended stay area but over all great. Activities for the kids and family plus the donkeys! Great camp store as well with just about anything you would need and they served food and ice cream!

Only stayed overnight. The hosts were able to find me a full hook-up site on check in. Very nice facilities.

it was a quick overniter. We have been traveling from California and this was our 12th nite on the road. We have cousins that live within 15 minutes of the camp site and had them over for dinner. It was a great get together. Unfortunately, your kitchen was down for repair and we were not able to enjoy breakfast with you all. Thank you, Steve and Sandy Schaefer, and Grandson Ryder

No way would I ever stay here again. Steep road in campground in and out. The sites are sooooo unlevel. And sites open into each other. Great if you are traveling with people you know. But the sites are very narrow and almost impossible to get level with out boards and working for an hour to get level. Nicer campgrounds around than this one. Very nice in the office but not worth site work you do.

Lots of outdoor play areas for all ages. Truly in the Smoky Mountains feel with a nice stocked store and homemade pizza on site. Thank you Joe and Rhonda!

We needed a one day stay during our week trip to do some Laundry. The Camp was tight because of being small, pretty hilly and was fully occupied. That being said, the Office person, Christina, was an excellent Front person who also runs the Cafe'. Great lunch, and she was very personable & friendly! This Camp has new pedestal electrics all around, so that's good. Pretty clean Bathrooms also.

Road leading to park was narrow and hilly. It was difficult to enter and exit due to a STEEP incline. Staff was warm and friendly. Park was extremely hilly. Sites were narrow and uneven in width. Our neighbor driving a 5th wheel had to level with 2 x 10's. Our site was gravelled and sandy. Driving a 35 foot Class A.

Not to the standard of what I expect a KOA to be. Owner needs to invest and bring the property up to current standards. Just my opinion. They were nice and welcoming host.

Nice campground. Sites not very level. You all need to Enforce parking rules. While leaving had a truck that was parked next to his camper blocking the road. Took my wife forever to get the man up from bed and then even longer for him to move his truck which was improperly parked to begin with. Very frustrating and took 45 min to get moving. It made us late to my daughter’s ball game.

Having food available for pickup or delivery was great. Traveling all day and having that available was a nice thing to offer.

The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly. Made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely visit again when in the area.

We camped here for a weekend as we have family near by and had area activities planned. The staff was great, the campground quiet and our site very clean. Will stay again!

This KOA is mainly live ins, not travelers. Very run down and rigged for all the people living there. Electric cords cable tied to water faucets. Very unlevel spots too. We saw many wheels off the ground. It looks to be a safe place though. Needs the KOA touch up for sure.

The staff was SUPER friendly and there were lots of planned activities. The sites were a decent size and easy to get in and out of. The donkeys in the adjacent field were hysterical! Donkeys aside, the park was pretty quiet, and was well maintained. We'd definitely stay at this particular KOA again.

Our stay was very good, we enjoyed it tremendously all the staff was excellent. And our rib dinner was fantastic. We came with a group of eight airstreams and we all had excellent time.

Stayed here last year 4th of July week. Great time in a great site #1. So disappointed to come back this year to find the trees cut down around #1. Took all the shade away and it was hotter than blue blazes in the afternoons. Needless to say, if we do come back we won't be reserving that spot. OK pool, great playground for kids, close to great hiking, biking, kayaking. Good restaurant on site!

The site was nice and level. All hookups were close by. Nice and quiet. The patio site next to us was very nice. Next time we stay the we will try for that site.

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.

Had a wonderful, three month stay here. Pretty, peaceful spot surrounded by trees and mountains. The KOA staff were over-the-top kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and a couple of them even hauled their air compressor over to fill up my low tires before I left. (Thank you Laurie, Frank & Dale. I guess your tires get low when you sit in one spot too long because you don't wanna leave and keep extending your stay)! 😂 Henry, Kristina, Ashley, Rhonda and Joe were all helpful and friendly, too. And, I fell in love with the donkeys! Will miss them, and Henry, my new friend. Would definitely recommend Bristol Kingsport KOA!
