Decorations were very nice. Dog park way too far away to expect us to use it. Older park. The incline getting in or out of campsites main road is very steep.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Showers nice, liked the surrounding woods. Breakfast and Dinner were available from the KOA kitchen. Only tried the BBQ ribs and Brisket sandwich both meals were great. We would stay here again.

Good location for our travel. Clean campsites. Bathrooms were clean, but showers very "tight" fit. Friendly owners. Breakfast and ribs for dinner option is a plus.

It was bad from the first evening on. We were told we had 2 strikes and 1 more we would be asked to leave. They told me two things that was wrong on Wednesday because of my grandkids I told Freddie we would handle it. And we did then they call on Thursday and complain again about the same problem I’m not sure what they wanted me to do. Never have any intentions of returning.

Road maintenance was sub par. Many campsites are on a steep hill making ex-pens difficult. Very isolated.

It was a wonderful experience-----LOVED being able to use Camp K-9 for our dogs. Loved that you don't discriminate by breeds (we were there for the Doberman Nationals and had three with us), LOVED that you permitted x-pens (Dog fencing on site). We will be coming back for just a regular visit to the area---lots to do when we would have more time. THANK YOU!!!!!!

We were only there 1 night, but Joe and his team were so welcoming we wouldn't hesitate to come again and stay longer. AND the pizza was GREAT!

Staff was very welcoming and guided us to our spot. It was a long pull-thru adequate for our 36' motorhome and Jeep tow. We shared the common grassy area with our rather unfriendly neighbor and did not like that. They had two large dogs and a pen set up partially on our area. Sites are close enough to not have any privacy. It was manageable for one night. Price was high at $57/night.

Its a great family friendly park. Couldn't have asked for more helpful people. We had dinner from their diner and the ribs were really fall off the bone. I would make the stop again.

We loved this campground. I met some children and asked them how they were doing. They were very positive and polite too me. I wish them well and we’ll see them the next time through. Also my husband and I got a Pizza and Wings. They were awesome.

Very nice staff. Very helpful. Was in a deluxe pull through site that was very nice. Would recommend a stay for a few days or even just overnight.

Fantastic campground and more importantly fantastic people taking care of us. What other campers want to know is that check in was smooth the bathrooms impeccable and the area is beautiful and the cherry on top is the two friendly donkey/mules. We enjoyed our visit and will be back. Thank you all very much.

Park was not what KOA offers. The worst KOA we have been in since 2000 when we started camping. Grounds were in poor condition. Neighbors kept us up out last night until 3 am....only nice thing was the staff was friendly. Sites way too close together. Packed in there like sardines down in a hole. I have pictures if anyone cares to see them ....

Loved this KOA location, wished we could have stayed longer. The staff was wonderful and welcoming after a long drive. Sites were clean and bathrooms were convenient to our site.

I was excited about getting a pull through spot that was 100 feet long. When we got there the site was so unlevel, my Anderson blocks couldn't get my camper level. Then there was burnt oil on the picnic table at our site. The wifi at this KOA was the worst I've ever seen from a KOA. The reason I pay the extra to stay at a KOA is because of the amenities they have. This one was disappointing.

It’s was nice. Great bathhouses and friendly staff! The guy who came around in the golf cart helped us with an issue and was super nice. The camper behind us was a late nighter and kept us awake a bit but overall a nice place,

This place needs alot of maintenance. I have stayed at many KOA throughout the US, most of them are pretty meticulously about their property. Needs alot of gravel and the spaces are very unlevel, you couldn't bring enough blocks. When I backed in my spot the sewer was under the camper, so I was dumping up hill the water hook up was right at the front door water and mud every where by the time 7th

We had a wonderful time at this campground! The staff were all extremely helpful! This is the only time we've ever been escorted to our site!! We bought wood for a fire and ordered pizza right on site....very fun! Bath house was pristine.

Very nice and quiet. there is a farmer nearby that has a Donkey, and the Donkey can be pretty loud but it was annoying at all. I kind of enjoyed hearing the Donkey from time to time. The staff at this KOA are fantastic. Great food, and they deliver. I will be back again.

One night stay uneventful. The camp ground had very heterosexual/hard pull to get out of the camping area. Would be fine for smaller campers but we felt ours was just a bit big to comfortably navigate the hills again.

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.

Had a wonderful, three month stay here. Pretty, peaceful spot surrounded by trees and mountains. The KOA staff were over-the-top kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and a couple of them even hauled their air compressor over to fill up my low tires before I left. (Thank you Laurie, Frank & Dale. I guess your tires get low when you sit in one spot too long because you don't wanna leave and keep extending your stay)! 😂 Henry, Kristina, Ashley, Rhonda and Joe were all helpful and friendly, too. And, I fell in love with the donkeys! Will miss them, and Henry, my new friend. Would definitely recommend Bristol Kingsport KOA!
