Frendly staff, very nice dog park. Entry to the park was narrow and slanted, lots were uneven side to side making it difficult to level the RV. Some of the roads were steep, making it difficult to maneuver a large RV.

The folks at Bristol/Kingsport KOA we’re the nicest, most hospitality conscious people that we have ran across during our camping stays, we were in need of a month long agreement due to moving and these folks just out did their selves. We only stayed overnight but it was a very nice and peaceful stay. I fell in love with the bathrooms. I really felt like it was home away from home. They are just perfect for families. Also, the hosts were so personable and hospitable. Definitely staying again.

The staff here is great! There's food available. It's quiet (except for the donkeys that sometimes hee-haw when they think someone might feed them). We were a little nervous about the sites because it's hilly, but we had no problem getting level. We will definitely stay here again.

Great little campground! We enjoyed our overnight stay. Nice setting in the mountains. The staff prepares hot, reasonably priced meals delivered to your door. Barbecue was wonderful. Sites a little uneven manageable.

Well marked route to the campground. The last big yellow KOA sign going up the hill is on the right and that is where the drive is going down the hill. Could use an arrow pointing to the drive or the turn will begin tight coming back down the road. Helpful staff, level lots, and very clean and quiet park. Only stayed one night passing through due to our schedule. Definitely recommend.

Two factors caused us to not rate this campground highly. First, sites were pretty unlevel, and ours was the second-most-unlevel site we've stayed in over 10 years of full-time RV'ing. Second, given the hilliness and steep roads, the deep loose gravel was very difficult for us and, as we observed, many others. Everything else about the campground was great.

Not sure what KOA means by "Holiday" but this is mostly a permanent / seasonal campground with many very old RVs. Other than seasonal it seems like it's best for an overnight stay only. The roads are very hard to navigate especially with the longer 5th wheel that I have - it bottomed out and nearly took my spare tire off getting out. My comments are consistent with others I saw on-line.

Very clean and quiet campground. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly (especially Fred)! No traffic noise, spotless bathhouse, ice and propane delivery...everything you could want. Great time!

EVERYONE ON THE KOA TEAM I CAME INTO CONTACT WITH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE A PAIR OF NOVICE CAMPERS WERE MADE HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE. THANKS TO FREDDIE FOR THE LESSON ON HOW TO DUMP YOUR TANKS AND FOR RESETTING OUR SURGE PROTECTOR WHEN WE WERE AWAY FROM OUR CAMPSITE.

Very nice reception both on the phone making the reservation and at check in. We were only there overnight but our site was nice and level and allowed for us to pull through with our tow vehicle attached. The grounds were nicely kept. We did not use any of the other facilities so can’t comment on them.

Had a great time on a rainy Halloween weekend that could have been a huge fail due to the weather. Staff is awesome and was constantly doing activities for the kids, letting everyone know what the plan was so no one missed anything, and checking to make sure everyone was having a great time. We were treated as guests in their home. The entire staff was awesome especially Joe, Rhonda, and Henry.

We liked the friendly staff and the quiet surroundings. My dog loved the donkey. One concern is the multiple outlets and intertwining of cords on the single poles.

The only reason the rating is low is because we are a big rig. This in our opinion is not a big rig preferred site. We never could level therefore had to just sleep with slides in and not level. Only stayed one night.

Camp ground had tons of activities for the little ones. Camp ground was clean and away from any road noise. The store had everything you need and the food offered was great.

Always a great stay! Park is clean, well kept, and very up to date. WiFi is very good! Lots of activities and the staff is great! LOVE the cafe as well:). The owners do a great job with this resort. It is always our “go to” spot in the Kingsport area!

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.

Had a wonderful, three month stay here. Pretty, peaceful spot surrounded by trees and mountains. The KOA staff were over-the-top kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and a couple of them even hauled their air compressor over to fill up my low tires before I left. (Thank you Laurie, Frank & Dale. I guess your tires get low when you sit in one spot too long because you don't wanna leave and keep extending your stay)! 😂 Henry, Kristina, Ashley, Rhonda and Joe were all helpful and friendly, too. And, I fell in love with the donkeys! Will miss them, and Henry, my new friend. Would definitely recommend Bristol Kingsport KOA!
