This was our first trip to a KOA campground. We enjoyed our stay and felt the facilities and campsites were very well maintained. We look forward to visiting again soon.

We have a 41’ Class A motorhome & tow a vehicle. We need a pull-they site as we travel. KOA-Kingsport had a site & we arrived at 4:30 pm. Friendly & helpful folks/employees. Site was not level ( tires off the ground); sewer drain was uphill; toad unhooked & backed RV out of the site to exit. Never could level coach. Children, dressed for cold, were joyful! Highest $ fee in a two month trip!

We had a great stay here! Park was super clean. Plenty of showers and they were nice, hot and clean. Used the laundry facilities and they were great. Nice size spots. Accommodated our 40’ motorhome & tow vehicle very well. They have a great store and mini cafe. The staff is fantastic. Can’t say enough good about this park. Highly recommend!

This KOA is continuing slowly but surely to make upgrades & improvements. It's a peaceful setting! Christine fixed us breakfast the next morning...delicious and way too reasonable. This is a really nice KOA with lots to come.

I called the campground twice and left two voicemails, neither of which was returned. The site wasn't level and the traffic in and out of the campground never ceased. I heard trucks driving past my camper all night long. I left early in the morning since I wasn't getting any rest.

Very friendly staff, clean and well maintained. I would rename to a Journey KOA. Sites very narrow could hear neighbors talking in their trailer while I was in mine.

We got a snow storm on Friday night. We were to leave by 11 on Sunday morning. They worked with us and let us stay longer to get the snow cleared from our slide outs.

Had everything we needed. Nice location and nice layout. Would like each gravel spot to be a bit more level, but all-in-all, we'd stay there again.

The "check-in" office was UP A STEEP flight of stairs. The laundry facility looked ancient and very small. Their lots were very small and roadways were gravel and tight to manuever a 40-foot motorhome with 25-enclosed trailer. Lots were not level. I don't think we'll stay there again or recommend to our friends. :-(

I really dont understand how this KOA can be considered a Holiday. We have stayed here 3 times now in the last 25 years and it seems the same, no upgrades which would bring it out of the Journey status. Its more like a RV workers camp. In the future we will add extra time to our travel schedule so we can stop earlier or later on the road. But not here.

Great visit with family and we had them as guests to our camp for dinner. eat the KOA we're friendly and helpful. clean ground and bathhouses.

We stayed for 3 1/2 months while buying property. Christina, the manager is the best, we became like extended family. The staff are all outstanding. The place is well maintained and they are attentive and responsive to any needs that arise. IMHO, making Christina manager was THE best business decision they could have made. She’s personable, professional, considerate, kind and Exceptional!!! KUDO

We only stayed one night passing through. Looks like a great place with plenty of activities for kiddos when the weather is nice. From check in, to our site escort and when leaving everyone was very nice.

I stayed at the same KOA twice. The folks that run it and work there are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the showers are hot. When I’m back in the area, I’ll stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for about 7 months while I was working. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they did a great job of maintaining the Camprground. Great food from the cafe, and the store is well stocked!

This is by far the quietest KOA we have ever stayed at. No highway noise and no trains!

The check-in process was very smooth and we were escorted to our site. However, the site was not level and very narrow. We could not go out of our door without stepping in mud, and we were VERY close to the RV next door.

The caretakers went out of their way to make sure we were settled in. It was a big help arriving late in the dark. I just wish we had more time to stay....this is such a lovely little site.

Everyone was nice and helpful. The spots were super small and not level. The campground had 2 donkeys nearby that thought they were roosters. Overall a decent place to stay if needed

Stayed 2 nites at Bristol park -first night to a site in with the long term trailers, and my RV hookups were not in reach. When I pulled in there were several pull-thru's available in front of the office, but I wasn't offered one. The second night I requested and reserved a pull-thru. Neither sight was level and my sewer hookup had to drain up hill. Staff was helpful -least favorite KOA so far

Campground hosts are very accommodating and a well laid out campground. We had a lot of rain for our stay but the campground is pretty nice.

We stayed 2 nights on our way to Texas. The staff were very friendly and the trash pick up was a nice bonus.

Cabin was nice but we basically just slept there for 2 nights. Hot water was an issue on both mornings but everything else was good!

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.

Had a wonderful, three month stay here. Pretty, peaceful spot surrounded by trees and mountains. The KOA staff were over-the-top kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and a couple of them even hauled their air compressor over to fill up my low tires before I left. (Thank you Laurie, Frank & Dale. I guess your tires get low when you sit in one spot too long because you don't wanna leave and keep extending your stay)! 😂 Henry, Kristina, Ashley, Rhonda and Joe were all helpful and friendly, too. And, I fell in love with the donkeys! Will miss them, and Henry, my new friend. Would definitely recommend Bristol Kingsport KOA!
