We were in town for a few days. Easy to get to, but a pretty steep incline trying to pull out! Pool and jumping pad weren’t open. Nice menu at their snack bar. Bath house was a little dark, but ok.

Everything was great especially the work camper Jim and his spouse in the office. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Great place.

Customer service was EXCELLENT. There is a lot to be done with your sites thou. It shouldn't take trying 3 sites to level your rig to get you to settle down for the night.

Kristina and Henry consistently go above and beyond. Close to plenty of amenities and attractions. Stayed an entire year and would stay again.

The roads in/out and through the park are very skinny with several blind spots. The sites themselves are skinny, some with steep drop-offs. Did not know several sites are setup for buddy system, NOT what I wanted!

Note to other KOA operators, When the current Work Kampers decide to move on, Hire them. The owner's daughter who ran the cafe among other things was delightful. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. We made friends here. What's better than that?

Stay was great. The people were great. The only reason it didn't get a 5 was because the sites are not level. Most people had tires off the ground.

The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful but my experience was horrible. They say they have long pull thru but the park is not designed for big rigs.Most sites are not level and roads are hilly and tight. There was an area of the campground that was being cleared. Part of this process included burning the brush causing the entire park to be engulfed in smoke! I will never stay there again.

We were in a pull through site. Not good. Sewer smell, ants, very unlevel site, roads very steep with huge ruts.

Office staff great! But....sites very unlevel, even using Anderson levelers, we were half bubble off, dog run had high weeds, water was off two hours, and had to use 4 wheel drive to maneuver hilly curves

This KOA is very accommodating. Very friendly and plenty to do. Should be able to rate this one a lot higher than just a 10 or 5 stars

The site was very small. The camp canine was just two small fenced in areas. Not much room for the dogs to run.

The campground was very clean and well kept. The staff and full time residents weren’t friendly. The campground was 95% occupied by full time residents which takes away from the “camping feel”. It felt like we were invading their space. For this reason, I am unsure if we will be returning to this specific campground.

Great place to camp. Lots of activities for the entire family and a short drive to Bristol Motor Speedway, stores and restaurants. The campground was easy to get to from the interstate and the sites are spacious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

We came for the race in Bristol. The camp was nice the area around the camp was nice for our morning walks. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved the K9 Kamp for our dog to get her daily run in. The staff was very friendly we enjoyed our talks with them about our families.

I was there for a month. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was the first time I set up my RV and one of them walked me through every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this place.

Short but very nice. We only stopped for one night on our way home but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The little cafe was an unexpected bonus

Very friendly and super helpful staff. We got to the campground just before it closed. We needed propane for the night, and the staff picked up our empty tank, filled it, and returned it to our spot. Such kindness is far too rare. The grounds were impeccable and the store well stocked. We already know we will return.

We stopped by for a one night stay. The pull through site was great and the bathhouse was convenient and clean. The dog walking path and running pen was nice as well.

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.

Had a wonderful, three month stay here. Pretty, peaceful spot surrounded by trees and mountains. The KOA staff were over-the-top kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and a couple of them even hauled their air compressor over to fill up my low tires before I left. (Thank you Laurie, Frank & Dale. I guess your tires get low when you sit in one spot too long because you don't wanna leave and keep extending your stay)! 😂 Henry, Kristina, Ashley, Rhonda and Joe were all helpful and friendly, too. And, I fell in love with the donkeys! Will miss them, and Henry, my new friend. Would definitely recommend Bristol Kingsport KOA!
