First time staying at a KOA cabin and it we had a great time. The place was very clean, well maintained and quiet. The owners Allen and Cat were very friendly, helpful and really work hard to keep the place nice. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in the Delux Cabin. It worked great for our group of 5. I will say the pull out couch mattress was a bit thin and I could feel the springs. Maybe time for an upgrade? One other thing I was looking for in the details of our booking was more kitchen information. Upon arrival we found out that there was no stove or oven (much like camping!) So we had to get very creative with the grill.

CAME UP FOR A SHORT STAY YOU ARE 1 HOUR AWAY FROM OUR HOME. MET UP WITH SOME FREINDS HAD A RELAXING STAY NICE AND QUIET. TOOK A BIKE RIDE ON THE TRAIL DOWN AT THE MARINA 10 MILE ROUND TRIP THAT WAS NICE. WE WILL BE BACK. NICE PEOPLE.

As a person that has been camping her entire life, this was my first stay at a KOA. If I had my way, it would probably be my last. The check-in process was extreme, not being able to drive to our site & set up on our own (and being spoken to very like we have never camped before & blocking us from even getting out of the truck to set up). The fire pits are unacceptable - and never again.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Making sure everyone abides by our rules is important for the safety of everyone. Everyone is escorted to their site to prevent confusion, as people taking themselves has created issues in the past. We do not set up RVs or help set up in any way. There is a campground for everyone.

Cottage was nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the road directly off the front porches of the cottages. It’s literally one step off the porch and you’re in the road and when somebody cuts through in a car that shouldn’t be it’s very unsafe. They should remove the road there and move the parking for the cottages out to the main road, much safer

The campground was very well kept and bathrooms were extremely clean. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. This was the best service/stay of our trip!

This was our first time camping. Brattleboro North KOA is beautiful and well maintained. Bathroom was very clean and the showers were nice and hot! Staff was super friendly and helpful. We met some really lovely people which made our stay even more enjoyable. The local downtown area is well worth the trip into town. We will definitely be back!!

This is absolutely the best KOA, bar none, that we’ve ever stayed at, and it is in the top few of ANY Rv park we’ve stayed at! First the owners were some of the nicest, helpful and very considerate folks you’d ever want to meet. Second, the layout of the campground was very “user friendly.” Third, even though a “Journey “ KOA, the road it sat by had very little traffic. Very clean

We very much enjoyed our weekend stay here and will return! We stayed in Cabin #2 which was very neat and clean. When we checked in, we were told about a local fundraiser dinner to be held the next evening. It was delicious and we are grateful for the recommendation. The campground itself is beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the maple creemees!

Very clean, big spacious sites!! Owners are very nice!! Bathrooms and showers very clean and laundry room is clean too! They made soft serve maple ice cream every weekend!! Great place would go there again!!

First time camping here with close friends. It’s a clean and quiet campground which we all loved. The majority of the sites offered plenty of shade which was a plus for us.

Really enjoyed the stay. We had a great back in site with water and 30 amp electric. It was in the corner and backed up to a farm. Very well maintained campground, one of the nicest KOA's I've seen. Staff and owners are very friendly. The dog park is great, large enough for my dog to get a good run in. Fast wifi service too.

Love, love, love, this quiet little KOA; best wifi of any campground we've stayed at. Beyond amazing staff just an all around genuinely wonderful place!!!!!!

We spent an overnight here in late September and another one in October. Wish I'd been able to stay longer. Right off US-5, a few miles north of Brattleboro. Very well-kept and peaceful campground. Sites were wonderfully level and spacious. Guests were friendly, staff was even friendlier. Restrooms and showers were very clean and the store was well-stocked. I'm sure we'll be back! (And love that they recycle!)

Just left this privately owned KOA and it was a great stay. Sites were a bit small, but we didn't stay at the campground long enough for it to be a problem. Wifi and cable were outstanding. Had 2 options for wifi (2g and 5g). Streamed shows and it was all good. Camp cleared out during the week but filled up pretty darn fast for weekend. Camp was going into shut down mode so no cabin or tent stays seen. First ti.e EVER to use laundry at a facility and it was great. Clean washers and dryers. Well kept recreational area and two playgrounds to keep the kids busy. They do recycle and it was a bit confusing but we managed. Kat and her husband were welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful. Would go back in a heart beat-but only when it gets warmer.
