Friendly staff. Came in when there was a down pour. Didn’t use the bathhouse but our site was very nice.

It was easy to check in and find spot after hours but our pull thru spot had mounds of gravel at the pull thru so we had to back in other end. We did get an additional discount for this on checkout.

We have stayed here with you for the past 5 years. Conveniently located off of I 75. Staff are always so nice and very helpful. We stayed here in a 32 foot motor home. Look forward to seeing you next year.

$72.00 a night is an outrageous price for an overnight site especially when the assigned site is already occupied. After calling the office to report that our assigned site was occupied, we were told to move to the next site down the line. So we pull in and are getting set up with darkness upon us. It's then when we spot several dog "droppings" around our site. Fully never expected this at a KOA.

The campground is clean and the front office staff were nice. The problem is the bathroom situation. We were traveling winterized and the front bathrooms were closed due to remodeling. The back bathrooms were old and the showers were not nice. We wouldn’t use them. That was our only complaint.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept, and the team did everything they could to keep the roadways clear when there was a bunch of snowfall.

Icey, cold,and snowy. Staff let us know to run the water so that it didn't freeze. Lost electricity for 10 minutes but the staff, again, was right there letting us know. We were visiting friends in the middle of January. I would love to come back when the weather is nicer. See you next year...probably in January :)

I think the (2) schoolgirls at the front counter could do with some extra training on customer service and perhaps learning how to smile more. Seemed a little out of their collective depths. We have travelled for the past couple of months and used KOA all the way, and found nearly all very up front and friendly, willing to impart knowledge on local matters and so forth. Likely not to return to BG.

I was coming down from the north. told lady on telephone we would need to use their restroom & shower. our motorhome was still winterized. the restroom was old, moldy, didn't look like it had been cleaned recently. that was the one in back. the ones up front in office building. men's was cold. lady's was closed for construction. for $64 a night these members expected more.

We arrived for a late check in. The host gave us a call earlier with information. The campground seems to have many amenities that we weren't able to use but we will be back to try them.

Friendly and Helpful staff, Beautiful surroundings the playground for kids is cool and the dog park was amazing. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

Such a pleasant surprise! We stayed for 2 months. It’s well maintained, clean, everyone is super friendly and welcoming! It’s great to see they’re making improvements to several areas. Keep it going!

Was not given the site we requested. Been staying in the same site for 3 years at the same time of year. Made reservations 7/31/2023. Arrived 12/12/2023. Site was occupied. Stayed on the new site. Motorhome/towing and had to pull through an empty site across the road to get out the next morning. Not enough room to turn right out of existing site. Very disappointed. Employee was very apologetic.

It was a quick and simple overnight stay, but I have no complaints. The site was great, level, and easy to access. The staff was really nice. Very convenient location too! I'm sure we'll be back next time we're in WKY.

We were during a Tornado warning. The lady was very calming and informing. We were in the Kroger when the sirens began and that store was crazy. The employees were running, the announcer was yelling for everyone to the back of the store and all employees to help customers

It was easy to make a reservation. I loved the dog park and I wish I had brought my dogs. My husband has decided he needs to keep some fishing equipment in the camper.

Very good grounds and hookups, along with flat-packed gravel and low-level concrete patio (as I requested) that were great with my wheelchair. Great family atmosphere here: lots of kids and parents playing/walking/bicycling. In the evening came a tornado siren. This is only first place where the campers & employees aka KOA's Joe Faust came knocking to assist us into the ramped concrete shelter, which is the bathhouse. We all swapped stories and then went back. Then came the second siren. Joe Faust, still in uniform, hadn't even made it home, but here he was again with the others. Back into the shelter, until it was over and they saw us home again. The beer I opened had gone warm, so had our hearts. Good people, good campground, and we are coming back to you Bowling Green KOA.
