The E-Mazing Race Festival
Whichever mode of travel you choose, you will notice that Prince Edward Island's crescent shape is perfect for a grand circuit tour. Start in from the ferry in Wood Island's the east on the Points East Coastal Drive and loop your way through Charlottetown then the center of the Island on Red Sands Shore and Green Gables Shore then North Cape Coastal Drive in the west, then departing by the Confederation Bridge. (See everything in between.) Or reverse the procedure and begin at the Confederation Bridge.
Musical guests Wheatley River Band plus locals.There will be a 50/50 draw,lunch and open stage time.Admission by donation to Parkinson's Society of PEI. Starting at 7:00pm
Anne & Gilbert, The Musical
Experience Canada's greatest love story in this critically acclaimed and widely loved musical - Anne & Gilbert. Featuring a 20-member cast and orchestra, Anne & Gilbert, has become a Canadian theatre sensation with the Toronto Star calling it "a marval" and proclaiming "the joy of the experience makes this one a winner".Based on the novels "Anne of Avonlea" and "Anne of the Island" by L.M. Trailfest 7th Annual Spring Cycling Event
This is a social family oriented RECREATIONAL cycling experience for all ages and abilities . The event takes advantage of the scenic Confederation Trail in central Prince Edward Island to provide a safe and enjoyable outdoor activity . Saturday, June 6th from Kensington to Summerside Registration/fees: 10.00 per person each day, Children 14 and under FREE. These events are FREE for any Cycling PEI member that has a general membership.
Anne of Green Gables The Musical TM
'Longest running annual musical theatre production' - GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS The 2015 musical, now the worlds longest running annual production at 51 successive seasons, will be directed by Festival favourite and former associate artistic director, Wade Lynch (director of The Ballad of Stompin Tom; Dear Johnny Deere; Come-All-Ye for the Festival). The world-renowned production will feature the Festival orchestra and 23 outstanding Canadian performers, including all new leads as Anne, Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert, Rachel Lynde, Gilbert, and Diana. 2015 Charlottetown Festival
The Charlottetown Festival presents "Anne of Green Gables - The Musical" and Alice Through the Looking Glass. These two performances will share the summer schedule; joined by Bittergirl: The Musical at The Mack and Hockey Mom, Hockey Dad in Studio 1. Evangeline returns September 14!
