Nice older KOA, staff is very nice. Goats are awesome. Live music was very good. Sites are. Wry tight and not level. Not big rig friendly lots of trees in the way

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sites were in great shape, and Showers and restrooms were clean and well-equipped. Our stay was during the heat spell everywhere else and we were in the perfect weather season. The campground had something for all-age campers. Boone will be our first choice.

Laura and I had fantastic stay ...everyone friendly and helpful. H10 could use a little leveling, the heavy rains have washed out the back side of the site ....we will definitely be back, hopefully in the late fall

The campground was neat and clean. Restroom were clean. A quiet, peaceful stay. Could have been more gravel at our site and the sites were a bit small for our 25 foot class C. Overall a nice place.

We stay here every year. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. The campground is well situated for visiting the Boone-Blowing Rock-Banner Elk region of North Carolina. The camp store is well stocked and the campground is well maintained. Free concerts with local musicians are a delight.

One of the most positive things about our stay, was the friendliness of the staff there. Also, while the pool is small, it was very clean, and had available seating for observing our small grandchildren. We enjoyed our stay, and plan to return in the future.

Beautiful place and very convenient. The lots were very uneven. The store does not have much to offer. I think my biggest issue was how uneven the lots are

Sites were very unlevel. Roads are very unlevel with potholes. Sewer connection broken in two. Lots of barking dogs. Doesn’t look like sites are cleaned between campers. No trash pick up. We left a day early because it was not what we are accustomed to. Would not recommend, unless you like primitive uneven gravel sites .

Wish we had shade trees is the only negative I can say about our stay. Everything was in working order and clean.

Overall we were happy with Boone KOA. We have stayed here 4 times. The staff is always great. The Wi-Fi is weak but they said they are working on an upgrade. Some of the sewer connections are too tall which makes it difficult to drain your holding tanks.Everything else is very nice.

Campground was nice, clean, and quiet. Took my grandsons there for a few days. They were looking forward to swimming a lot because it had been so hot back home. The pool was closed for repair and we were never told it was back open. I never saw any one in the pool.

Tight and sited were not level at all. A few loads of gravel would go along way here. Bathroom was good and clean and if we had the grandkids with, they would have loved the goats. Pool and playground looked very nice.

It’s a great getaway! Parking your vehicle within your camping space takes a bit of imagination but it was ok. Definitely a great area too! Elk Knob trail is close by.

We had a fantastic time during our recent stay at this campground. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and it was professionally managed by Christina, who was absolutely amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the area allowed her to offer numerous recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and local attractions during our visit. Her friendly and kind nature went above and beyond, making our experience even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this campground and eagerly anticipate our next visit. Christina is truly the best and excels at her job!
