Our second stay at Boise/Meridian was just as delightful as the first. Whether on the phone helping make our day of reservation or greeting as we drive, the staff is friendly and efficient. Even the cleaning staff was helpful by directing us tobthe indoor pool.

The campground was nice and clean, reservations were easy to make. The dog park needed improvement though; many camping dogs are less than 20# and they could easily escape.

Positive: very clean, pool, bathrooms, koa it’s self! And staff! Negative: sites are WAY to close to each other and an over abundance of full time users!

Well maintained facilities. Easy to access. The sites are clean and well maintained. The amenities are nice and accessible. You are in the middle of the town, but it is still quiet and everyone is polite. I appreciate the staff for their kindness and help when we needed supplies.

The people here are the most kind hearted people I’ve encountered in a very long time. We were only staying one night because we were just traveling through. My husband had a medical emergency and they extended our stay no questions asked and offered to help me with our trailer. Checked on us after my husband was released from the hospital. We would definitely recommend this KOA! Thank you

After the weather forced us to abandon our cross country journey to visit our granddaughter, we landed back in western Idaho needing a place to lay over. We used the KOA app to decide where we stay the night. The Boise/Meridian Journey seemed a good fit. First, their directions off I84 were perfect and finding them was easy. Greeted in front of the office made checkin a breeze. KampK9 perfect!

The staff went above and beyond. This a great stop over spot, only bad side is a little tricky to get into off the roadway with a big setup.

The camp grounds are kept clean and organized. Restroom/ shower area is very clean. This park is welcoming and well maintained.

Great place to stay! We were just traveling through and only stayed for one night. Pulled up to the office to check in and a guy came right out and greeted me and we did the paperwork. He then had us follow him in his golf cart to our site. Super easy and seamless.

The site was fine, but the Wi-Fi was a joke. The site I’d listed on the campground brochure was not an option available. I tried a koa site that came up but the password did not work. Additionally, my site was in the middle of the park (#13) and I had little to no signal strength. No help from the office. A terrible experience.

We did not get the spot that we reserved because the website was not accurate. The bathrooms were not the best but functional. Picture of the pull through with a patio shows a premium spot but when booked we ended up with a standard pull through with a picnic table.

Very nice. Quiet and roomy. I know that they were trying to get the washing machines fixed. More broken than working. One suggestion is to heat tape and wrap the water spigots.

The staff was absolutely amazing and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy with everything. The park is very well ran and I would recommend anybody staying there.

Enjoyed the stay. Made a last minute decision and it worked out. It was after hours and a KOA gentleman helped me check in and gave me a good spot near the restrooms and showers. Didn’t realize there was a pool the next day and enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. Facilities nice and clean. It would be nice to have a few spots without power/water/sewer at lower cost. I didn’t need or use them.thanks

This KOA needs to winterize their water spigots (install heating tape and insulation) so they can be used in freezing weather.

Very nice clean Campground with nice amenities. The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing and the staff was very friendly.

I have a picture of my size 9.5 shoe folded in half and stuffed between my trailer’s rear bumper and the bumper of the trailer that backed into the sight behind us. This is just one reason why I stay away from KOA.

We appreciate the Boise/Meridian KOA and have stayed there a number of occasions. The facilities are very nice, and the park is quiet and well-kept. However, the Wi-Fi is terrible. It is easier to use phone networking than to use the wifi network. Very poor reception, sometimes the wifi is so weak, it doesn't even show up in the list of what's available.

We were here for several days and returned the same day we left because of mechanical problems and the staff was understanding and even put us in the same spot. The hot tub and pool were clean and comfortable.

I loved staying here at the KOA. It was clean and quit. The employee’s where very polite and helped me with everything I needed. I will for sure be back to stay again in the future.

This KOA never disappoints! We have stayed here several times over the past 6 years. The staff is always courteous, helpful and informative. There is plenty to do in the surrounding community as well. Whatever your needs there is a store nearby to keep ya going, plenty of food selections and depending on time of year events to entertain you. Go and enjoy!

We have camped here many times in the past and everything has been perfect. However, this time we were disappointed due to not being able to connect the water since the pipe stand was not insulated as we've seen in other parks. We also carry heated hoses that we always use in the winter. Also the electrical box did not have an attached cover. It was laying beside it on the ground. Too expensive.

So nice and clean! I enjoyed taking a nice hot shower! Cups for coffee in the front could be a little larger. They're maybe 8 oz.

The hosts were great. But, the Wi fi was not good enough to search the internet, the previous reviews said it was good. The location was very centrally located in town.

It was snowing in western Idaho and we pulled in late to have a place to plug-in for the night. Best late night check-in of all the KOA's we've been to. Open spots were listed on a white board so we didn't have to disturb the whole park driving around to find an open spot.
