Amazingly clean! The staff is always present and clearly working hard to keep the place up! Everyone was friendly and the place was nice and respectfully quiet at night! Thank you! We really enjoyed this stay.

We love the Billings KOA. Was a little disappointed to see that the grass areas and pool area had gone downhill this summer. Same with the mini golf area. The staff is wonderful. It is still a wonderful place to stay. Just not what it was the previous 3 summers we stayed there.

We love to stay at KOA Billings every year when we come to visit our grandkids. This year we were near a tree full of yellow jackets and my grandaughter was stung. They promptly moved us to an upgraded site at no additional charge for the rest of our stay. We were grateful and continued to enjoy our time there.

No sewage and no dump station, way over priced. We stayed here a few years ago and it was great, unfortunately it has gone down hill we will not stop here again

The only issue we had was the dump stations were down. I had to bring my tote of grey water over to a full hookup to empty it. On the way back home we made sure we didn't need to use the dump stations. They were not sure when they would get them fixed, they should let people know before reserving a spot so they don't anticipate a dump station accessibility.

We enjoyed our short visit at the Billings KOA. The escort to our site was nice and relieved the wondering around to find our site. Our only reluctance would be the price which was higher then we have experienced at other places.

I asked a question about a candle and a woman behind the counter went above and beyond in answering my question. Since they were out of stock, she told me where to find it in Big Timber. Then, she blew me away by writing down details about what I should do to ensure that I could get one. I deeply regret not getting her name (it was on her name tag) but I forgot to write it down.

We had problems with our RV and towed vehicle’s batteries. The employees of the KOA went over and beyond any expectations. They took great care of us and they were very helpful and pleasant

Lovely campground; very well maintained. Good family destination w/ excellent playground, pool, mini golf, & K 9 park. Spacious site w/concrete patio, table & chairs for 6; swing, 2 benches & fire pit.

I was impressed by the gentleman leading us to our site. He asked questions like “do we need to find grocery store?” Etc. In 5 years of traveling this was the first time I was asked that question.

This is a wonderful KOA. We generally don’t stay at KOAs because we have been very disappointed in the past. I chose this one because it was on our route. I loved it especially the unisex restroom/shower rooms. I don’t have a dog, but if I did I would bring it to the dog park here. Everyone was friendly and helpful, too. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night.

Great KOA. Great staff, helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. Grounds are kept up real nice. Large in ground outdoor pool, awesome playground, creative putt putt golf course AND fun ice cream socials every night. Gift shop/store carry's enough of essentials plus some great gifts. 3rd trip staying here over the last 20 years. Never been disappointed. Would highly recommend. Aug 2023

The only reason I am not rating the stay the highest is their dump station was inoperable. They didn't tell us this when we arrived. We found out when leaving as we pulled up to the dump station and it was locked. Fortunately, there was an open site that had full hookup so we were able to dump there.

When I called for reservations I was not told different days have different rates. I was a little taken back when I looked at my receipt. Also I was told we would have a bbq pit. We had a pit but no grate on which to cook!

Arrived early. No problems checking in. The staff was very courteous, helpful and accommodating! Your KOA is very nice!

We stayed for one night as we were just passing through. Staff was very nice and helpful. We have a 38’ RV and though the spot we stayed in was large enough, it still felt cramped as the campers are close. Thankfully my husband drives a semi and can maneuver close quarters. I like open spaces so for many the close quarters probably are no issue. Clean place, lots to do for kids.

The campground is KOA #1, established over 50 years ago. The sites are very tight for large rigs (42ft 5th wheel). Pulling in, we had to use the vacant site across from us to get into our site. When leaving, we had to be VERY careful with the turns pulling out of the site. Although we seemed to be clear, I unexpectantly ran up on a large rock placed along the edge of the road and damaged a jack.

Weather was hot! Your staff was easy to interact with and friendly. Ice cream stand was very yummy and the waffle bowls were good.

As usual, great staff. My only issue was the Wi-Fi that was spotty at best. The sites are dusty and with rain, muddy.

This was a treat! We did not know this was the first KOA. Campground is very clean! There are tons of activities from Mini Golf, playgrounds and a pool. Funny story my wife went to check the water temp. She is 5’2” and got herself locked in the pool area unable to reach the safety to open the gate! I had to let her out! Really nice campground!

The campground needed a good cleaning! The table was dirty & the site dirty. The sites are so close together! We paid to much for this campground ! The grass was dead and ugly! However the dog area had green grass! I guess dogs mean more than people. The office people were very nice and friendly and the location was great right off the freeway. The Mimi golf and pool were nice looking.

Have stayed there two or more times a year for a long time. this time the hot tub was taken out, the dump station was locked up, the grass was all dead. it seems the owners are not taking care of the campgound and it is deteriorating. It sure would of been nice to given a heads up about the dumpstation and hot tub. Am very disappointed in what was once a very nice campground.

Park and Facilities overall excellent. Location next to a river has pluses and minuses - great to hike along the river, but folks need to understand location of this type comes with a variety of insects.

It’s a beautiful campground with nice amenities! However, the gravel in our site, 35, was not level and was below the height of the concrete so I couldn’t put down my stairs. I moved so I could dig out the decorative rock low enough to lower the stairs. I thought the rate was high for partial hookups compared to what we usually pay. I’m also used to more small trash cans for dog waste.

We stayed overnight in a motorhome. Nice level site. Sewage hookups were not available when we booked. Beautiful campground, many activities and amenities. Loved walking to the Yellowstone River.

Camping here at the 1st KOA in the world in 1962. Passing thru for one night. Nice park as most KOAs are. It's next to Yellowstone River. They have playground, mini golf, pool, laundry, nice showers & restroom. Sites seem pretty level. Not all sites have a grill.
