Help us fund raise during the annual Big Weekend for Care Camps! Stay with us on May 10 and 11, 2024, and 50% of the cost of the site on the second night will be donated to Care Camps. Book your stay here! Your stay will make a difference in the lives of children with cancer, by helping raise funds for medically supervised Care Camps across North America. Spring is here and it is time to get outdoors!
Connect with local outdoor recreation vendors and community groups, enjoy food from some of Billing's best food trucks, a beer garden featuring great craft brews from Meadowlark Brewing, take in a game of mini golf and much more fun.  
This even it open to the public - camping is encouraged but not required.

Through the prairies of Montana to the urban core of Billings, the Montana Marathon features marathon, half marathon, 10k and 5k courses. All races end at Pioneer Park with refreshments, music, vendors and more.

The Montana Renaissance Festival features medieval entertainment, food, drinks, and fun for all ages. From performers and vendors to jousting and battle demonstrations, this annual event is one you won't forget.

The annual arts and craft festival on the Moss Mansion lawn, SpringFest! offers a fun-filled day of local shopping, food, live music and kids activities.

Go back in time to June 25, 1876 and witness the Battle of Little Bighorn as Lt. Col. George A. Custer and the 7th US Cavalry clash with Sitting Bull and Indian braves near the Little Bighorn River. Reenactment lasts about 90 minutes and is located an hour south of Billings. Driving instructions available online (see link to website). Tickets only sold at the gate. 

Yellowstone Art Museum's SummerFair is the largest juried arts and crafts festival in the Billings region. More than 100 artisans' booths are featured on the green as well as a large children's area with hands-on activities and entertainment each day.

Billings's largest downtown event, the Billings Strawberry Festival is a decades-long community staple. With local food, arts and crafts and live street entertainment, this regional festival features more than 100 vendors and activities for all ages.

The Big Sky State Games or also known as Montana's Olympics offers fun and competitive tournaments for athletes of all ages.

Come and be a part of the Big Sky Balloon Rally at Amend Park in Billings, Montana! This is a perfect family-friendly event that is free of charge and is the sole balloon event held in Montana. Weather permitting, 25 balloons will ascend every morning.

On Saturday, the festival continues with an evening Field Festival that includes food trucks, face painting, live entertainment, kids activities, and an evening balloon glow (weather permitting).

The iconic motorcycle rally returns to Sturgis, South Dakota with an estimated 500,000 riders. Billings KOA Holiday is a perfect stay along the way to and from the world's largest biker rally.

The Montana International Film Festival takes place in downtown Billings each September. The festival features and supports filmmakers as well as aims to connect Montana through film and education from around the world.
