Personnel very nice & helpful. Grounds need a little tender loving care. Nice big spots. Would stay again one night, probably not more.

Place is run down. Furthermore, we felt that the older woman running the place was rude. Place is very loud with trains and highway traffic. The young man at the front desk was very helpfull and courteous.

Absolutely amazing customer service!!! we loved staying here!!

Was disappointed in the dry or long grass depending on the site. also the cable at our site did not work.

The facilities were fine. My hesitation for recommendation is some of the staff were very gruff. At the water park next door they were worse. They even used vulgar language in front of my four and eight year olds. The water park is why we chose the KOA.

Great location and camp site. The old lady (owner) is one of the unhappiest crankiest persons we have ever encountered. We spoke to many other campers and an employee of the waterpark who said the same thing. She really makes the stay very unpleasant! We make a family event out of this trip at least once a year and she has never changed. Her daughter is very friendly and helpful, however.

Nice people. We had a family emergency so had to leave early and they refunded our money right away. Sites aren't as long as they advertise, train whistles periodically.

Pretty run down. It was 9 miles from Big Timber. Water Park was the pits. Very bad adverstising for KOA.

Camp space grass was dry through out the camp. Cable reception was poor. I know it can't be helped but the train noise was anoying. The camp store was good.

Camp hosts were prompt with our check-in. Our site was grassy (nice!) and roomy but not as level front to back causing a longer set-up time. The pool was refreshing and well-maintained. Loved the raspberries surrounding it. For those campers not used to trains--there are tracks next to the campground with a crossing that causes the engines to sound their horns all during the night. That and the cl

Rustic, friendly, amiable, few rules, not as well kept as many KOAs - but, clean & sanitary.

It is a mud hole! The pool is surrounded by WEEDS! I was afraid of snakes. OK for the night, I guess. But not worth the $50. I had to pay!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this campground and i would stay again but they need to do something about their cable reception and the choices. There is very little for children to watch when they are not busy outside and the variety for adults in the way of weather and news is not the greatest.

Toilet seat broke. Office closed way too early. Generally not a place to stay at again.

Is an ok overnight campground. Our first night we were one of 4 trailers in the campground. We enjoyed the water park next door which is owned by the KOA owners. Kids liked the giant bouncy pillow. Well treed sites. Was very clean buy the grass dry from the heat. The heated pool was cold (was refreshing from the heat). Owners should invest in upkeep of campground (new picnic tables, paint).

Loved jumping pillow just wish it had white sand instead of dirt :)Employees were very nice..

We were treated very rudely when checking in, and the person checking us in was very rude to another person who had come to check this site out for a visit in August. There was a verbal confrontation between the two with the guest just asking questions and the check in person saying only guests allowed on the ground. will not use KOA for remainder of our trip. Unacceptable behavior by KOA site.

They gave us a quiet spot farthest away from HWY. Nice size spots. Yes, there was trains but not to the point of irritation. Nice raspberries for general eating and welcomed us to pick. BR were clean and hot water. Overall great for a small town/area.
