Terrific staff who are always most helpful. We really felt like we were at home. We really enjoyed our stay there and will certainly stay again. The campground is located close to so many things we enjoy. Again, the staff are the best.

Pretty cramped with other sites. Wifi did not connect. Facilities could use a cleaning. I prefer night skies over street lamps.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate you anyway they can. Still some construction work going on but no problem. Restrooms were spotless.

They advertise high speed Internet. What a joke. There is no Internet connection at this place. Even the Verizon signal is bad. There are many very bright lights placed on the edge of camping sites. They do not take the time to even out the gravel so if you are camped by the office you hear gravel moving under tires all day/night. The place is currently under construction. Save your money!!

They seem to be well on their way to restoring the facility to its full potential. The people running it were very nice. One can't do anything about the nasty little burrs that get everywhere and are such a nuisance. The policy to pay for a sewage dump is ridiculous especially when you are staying for a few days. We didn't think much of the town of Benson.

The campsite fit our needs. The sites were so close together. The site it self needs a lot of work, which I know they are working on. However with that being said our site had a horrible picnic table that didn’t warrant using, the ground was full of stickers, completely dead trees. Our neighbor left out dog food and we had a pack of 12 javelinas outside and under our trailer.

The overall camp sites and closeness were not up to what we expected for KOA standard. We expected more space between the sites and nicer more Mai rained grounds. The restroom and showers however were very clean,new and nice. The gravel sure was level.

It appears to be an older park. We reserved late so what we ended up with was a small pull through site, barely long enough for the coach. Rock/gravel/sand sites some goat head sandburs. Staff was very friendly. Dirt road leading into the park.

The campground is in a great place to explore southern Arizona. We made it to Tombstone and Bisbee one day and then off road to Cochise Stronghold the next. The pull-thru site was a little short for a crew cab truck and 38’ fifth wheel. There are larger sites, but we booked a little late. The sites were level and gravel. The staff was great! We may stay again in the future.

The KOA is in a great location.. very clean & quiet. We knew the pool was closed, so no problem… only problem we had, was not being able to get on the wi-fi..

Ok. Campground was very rough and too many sand burrs. Burrs very tough on dogs feet. Light pole by sight #11 needs to be on timer so it goes off after 10pm

For a Journey KOA it was acceptable. Our pad was very level which is a plus. Lots and lots of dirt but glad we had a place to stay. Price a bit high for what it is. Sue F.

Lots are tightly packed. In its day with the smaller rigs the lot size would have been adequate but the big rigs plus vehicles makes moving around difficult

The price was high for a nights stay, especially when so many amenities weren't available. I understand that you are trying to remodel but maybe the price should reflect the situation. Other than that, it was a high desert rv park that's clean.

Internet didn’t work and the receptionist didn’t think it was a big deal. That’s the only reason we chose to stay there, because I thought they would have internet. When traveling it’s really a necessity to make future reservations.

Not up to KOA usual standards. Much improvement needed. Poor cable, analog only. Sloping gravel sites. Overpriced. But staff people were nice.

Road in is dirt/gravel extremely rough. They put us in a space too small for our coach. WiFi not strong enough to stream.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week, driving from California. We arrived late, but everything was setup. We loved that it is off the road - very quiet! Great signage so even late at night we had no issue finding it. It is clear they are working on changes so it will be interesting to see what they do. We would definitely go back again!

Great diamond in the ruff. The upgrades and improvements will make this a favorite KOA . The hosts were some of the best we have encountered on our trip. The portions of renovations that are complete are great. Freeway close but quiet enough to sleep, a great plus. Close to area attractions, next trip we will stay longer.

The hosts were great. But nit was more expensive and a disappointment after staying in Tucson. It stinks that you charge $15 to dump your back water! We will not stay there again!

This is a lovely camp with good thing to come. The manager Mike and his wife are the nicest people. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great visit. The showers and bathrooms are spotless. The parking spots are a generous size and the hooks ups are well placed. They also have the cabins if you need them. If you are going to Benson AZ this is the place to stay. Highly recommend.

I always get my propane refilled here, they're extremely friendly and helpful. It's always quiet, clean and especially easy to get to.
