Our stay was very pleasant and we really enjoyed the park. Especially nice was the surroundings of green belt and trees for shade. Shout out to Sharon at the front desk who was extremely helpful in finding us a great site. Thanks.

Campsite was nice and the employees were nice and helpful although the Wi-Fi didn’t work and we had no cell service. But we would stay there again.

First impression was awful. Vehicles parked along the access road by the office blocked our entrance. Vehicles parked in the roadway by our site made it difficult to get to our site. Children running and screaming made it a challenge to walk our dogs. Other than that, it’s an older, well-maintained RV park. Site wasn’t quite level, but we had decent water pressure and 50 amps.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great a great bonus. Clean and spacious bathrooms and showers.

Lovely park, but very challenging for large RVs. Trees needed trimming for RV height & multi slides and very tight corners driving the access road to & from our site - especially when vehicles were parked in the lanes. Park should recommend the Premium sites for RVs 40ft+

Very nice campground. Spacious sites and well maintained. Nice K-9 area - appreciate being able to let the dogs get some exercise. ONLY issue is the Wi-Fi is TERRIBLE. Low signal, can't stay connected. We are working while we are traveling and Wi-Fi is essential.

We enjoyed our stay as always. It was nice to see the golf course looking green and more playable, then in last years. I was also very pleased to see the store more stocked. Would love for you to sell sweatpants and sweatshirts with Benbow KOA on them. However, I miss the lush green lawn in the camp sites. Thank you to Justin and Sharyn for all your help.

Way overpriced for having absolutely no fourth of July activities, not even for kids. Hot tub not working and per other people hasn't been in months. Over half of the sewer dumps in individual sites have un capped vents without a vent pipe leading up so basically a completely open sewer system. I've always considered KOA's high priced but quality, clean parks but this one is neither.

The hot tub was broken. There were no Fourth of July celebrations. I know there was a ban on Fireworks due to fear of fire. The park did nothing else. There were no games or music or any other activities that would have said Happy Fourth! Pay the extra fee for the extra amount of fun KOA usually puts into it. Been going to this park for 4 years on the 4th.

No fireworks, thank you. Thank you for loaning me a 50 amp adapter and not changing spaces when the 30 amp at my space did not work. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

The first couple of days were good but I did not like the last day we were to check out... the office let tent campers set up their campsite right butt up against my RV and it was not right that the tent campers with at least 12 people set up with the RV sites. There should be a designated site just for tent set ups not with RV campers.. they were loud and right on top of our site, 411.

Always a nice clean place to relax and end the trip with, there were some water pressure issues but they were on it. A nice safe place for kids to ride bicycles and swim. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful.

It was a good stay I had a back in patio and at first didn't get bought sight. Staff did change sights. The trees at the sight are in bad places narrow road and trees to try not to hit makes it hard to pull in. I saw 2 rigs hit tree limbs during my stay and one did some real damage to rv

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The dog had decided to wet all the bedding in my teardrop and thankfully the laundry was opened 24 hours and the staff even though they were short of quarters sold us the quarters for all our pennies and other change. Thank you

Everything was great! We always enjoy our stays with you, including the site, the golf course, the pool, etc. We appreciate that you are implementing continuing updating of the sites, electrical power, lighting, etc. We particularly enjoy walking over to the Inn for cocktails and dinners. So sorry about the fire sprinkler blowout over there. Hope it is soon repaired and the ceilings renovated

Loved our sites on the two visits we made to and from our daughter's house in burnt ranch this week. Staff was more than accommodating and helpful - Loved the river. Wish you did a pancake breakfast like Petaluma and Avila Beach does on the weekends though - Didn't see pancake mix at the store so I have to buy some for next visit - Overall had a great stay. Thank you!

Wi-Fi I would give a 1 out of 10. My phone worked better being disconnected from the Wi-Fi and then the signal is too weak to load a page of anything. The golf course either needs to fully operational or not open at all. Enjoyable with a group of people but no cell signal and no Giants games available on cable service makes the value a little over priced

A great staff always willing to help. We were curious as to why tents are allowed in full hook ups and as to why more than two cars were allowed in sites? Also would if been nice to know all activities available to kids and times.

We had such a wonderful time. Every member of the staff was as friendly as could be. They were accommodating when asked questions and very helpful. Justin runs an exceptional facility, which is awesome in a manager. The grounds were clean and beautifully maintained. I must say this KOA experience was the best we’ve had in 30 years of KOA camping! Thank you, Justin and team!!!

Sites are really tight to get into. Not terribly level. Have a long rig and we BARELY fit. Had to park truck in a less than wonderful way. Pretty place, though. Been here before and will come back again.

Super nice park and staff! Having the Benbow Inn 5 minutes away is a big plus. Monitor the tent site more closely as it looked like a homeless camp when we stayed there. Only negative experience while overnighting here.

We stayed at the Benbow KOA for spring break 2024. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Check-in was a breeze. Since it was Easter weekend, the campground staff hosted an egg hunt for the kids with an appearance from the Easter Bunny. It was pretty awesome! We stayed in a FHU “comfort” patio site 52, with relatives staying in Tent Site T1, right across the road from our site. The RV site required minimal leveling and all hookups were well maintained. The site included patio furniture and a fire pit. The patio was nice since the grass was muddy from all the winter rain. The showers and bathrooms appeared clean and maintained. The hot tub was open, but it was too early in the season for the pool and splash pad. The laundry room was large and had newer machines. The gift shop had all the essentials for RVers and guests. There is also 2 arcade games, a Star Wars pinball machine and pool table in the lounge area of the front office. They have a small library of books and board games, dice and dominoes to use. The dog park area is on the smaller side, but there are some great pet walk areas around the resort. There is also a small 9 hole golf course next to the KOA. The WiFi was good and able to stream. The cable was not so good due to limited channels and fuzz (could have been my fault). The historic Benbow Inn across the way was a nice surprise with good food options, a full bar and traditional afternoon tea. It's a short walk on a nice path or you can drive there. We were within a few freeway exits of the Avenue of the Giants and a lot of other famous trees and redwood groves in the area. One exit away, in Garberville, there is a supermarket called Ray's Food Place and an awesome Mexican restaurant called El Cora Restaurant. There are fuel options in Garberville as well. I would definitely recommend Benbow KOA to others.

We arrived just before 8:00 p.m. with no reservations and we're greeted by Chloe and Juan who attended to our every need. Thank you for hiring the best. They are definitely an asset to your company. We so enjoyed our time there even though it was real short. Thank you again for your hospitality. You were amazing! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend your campground to anyone traveling
