I liked the facility and enjoyed my visit with my family (reunion). My problem is that I did NOT get the cabin I expected. When I made my reservation, I clearly explained that I needed a cabin with a door between two sleeping areas. I even explained that my son snores very loud and a door was crucial for my comfort. I did not get a cabin with the separate sleep area. I was very unhappy!

prices have increased to the point we can rent a whole house instead of staying at the KOA. Since Corporate took over there are fees for everything. After 10 years don't know if we will be back next year, we did not make any reservations. WiFi was out day one and power was out the next day.

We had such a fun stay! There was tons for everyone to do, it was quiet, and the staff was all very friendly! We will be back.

We stay here every year, and love it. This year we stayed in the “Glamping tent” We did not love the tent. We’ll be staying in one of the cabins going forward. We always look forward to our stay!

I got a cabin. There was garbage on the site, the cabin smelled bad and the door was very difficult to open. Told the front office they gave me $26 back for the inconvenience and had someone to fix the door and clean the site. Well the door was unable to be fixed and we were told to use force to open the door. I got trapped in my cabin and had to wait for someone to come let me out.

One of the older female employees has a terrible attitude and is fairly grouchy. Check in was easy but if you have an electric car, good luck trying to charge. They don’t know much about these cars and how easy they are to charge but they sure gave me a really hard time with mine. They failed to remember that their big bathrooms have an outlet that can safely charge but they didn’t care to tel

Unhappy about “grassy sites” that were just dirt. Seen other areas being watered and maintained. Understand we’re in a drought, but even one to two weekly watering would not kill all the grass and creat just dirt. Other then that the facility was clean and our kids enjoyed the activities.

We did not like it at all! The sites and cabins are wall to wall. No privacy at all! Very little room to breathe. We stayed in a trailer and our doors faced the other trailer doors right in front of us. Picnic tables were also right next to each other.

We have stayed here many years. This year the maintenance was not as good as in the past. Bathrooms were dirty, soap was like water, etc. Sad to see it go downhill. Hopefully they can turn it around. We love staying here and the location is perfect.

This was our second year staying and we love it. The staff is all very nice and accommodating. We already have two stays booked for next summer! Thanks for being a part annual family tradition.

We had a great time but the water spigot leaked and we were missing a step stool to use the hot tub. All issues were addressed once we were in the queue. Management was very friendly!

Our space (85) was dry and the grass was dead. It was a very small strip of rock on one side and dead grass on the other. We had no picnic table. The signage was confusing and one person said we were in their space, but we were not. Other spaces looked a bit better. But most had dead dry grass. The staff however, were wonderful.

Bad: Bathrooms a mess. Camp employees were intense. Had my truck and boat parked at my space for 30 minutes unloading and told twice I couldn’t stay park there. Drive around looking for violations. Camp spot had no grass just dirt then mud when it rained even though it said grass tent spot. Good: Quick check in. Desk staff honored the my booking rate. Provide activities but we didn’t attend.

Great location, friendly staff, and can see improvements continuing. One suggestion, put a tank on the back of your golf carts and put a boom on it to water down the driveways. Lots of dust and this might help.

It was a very beautiful place but the showers were extremely difficult to actually get clean in and the bathrooms were very cramped.

The grounds were well cared for, but the showers needed to be cleaned more often, especially in the evenings. I felt like a sardine! Extremely tight campgrounds. My patio was in my neighbor's window. It was horrible. I thought it was very expensive and I probably wouldn't stay here again.

This was our 3rd visit to Bear Lake KOA. We went for a super site this time and loved it. It is super close to town and you can easily walk to the marina. Plus the raspberry shakes are amazing! I am sure we will visit again.

The biggest issue was the site. It was tiny. We got a corner and there was hardly any grass at all. It was like we got a 1/2 lot. This happened last year too, and when we asked if we could move we were told no. It’s hard to pay KOA prices to camp on a tiny patch of grass.

Terrible experience. It is under new management and it shows. All the grass is dead on your camp site and full of ants and bugs. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING!!!! Mold, stinky, not clean, hair everywhere, not maintained. The staff at the check in office is extremely rude. Not only to me but also the people they would talk to on the phone as well.

Great stay! My only feedback is the opportunity to put a new layer of dust reducer on some of the roads or gravel, it was pretty dusty!

Family reunion of 50 people was a huge success. Very accommodating, lots of activities, close to lake. Cabins very nice. Would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay except for a couple things. The public showers weren't very clean. They were out of hand soap 2 of the 3 days we were there. Also pets on leash. We were in our cabin when our neighbors to our left let their dogs run free. Their larger dog entered our door way, scared me to death. If he had gotten a hold of our little Yorkie he would of killed him. Which our dog was on a leash.

We love coming to KOA at bear lake and have great experiences with all the employees. However this time, my mom was checking in and let them know the reservation name but they couldn’t find our reservation. The lady that was assisting my mom was very rude she kept interrupting us when we would tell her the reservation name. She told my mom to “stop talking” she was very rude and unprofession

We really enjoyed our stay! Our daughter (5) loved all the activities and did everything you can do there and almost preferred just staying at the campsite over going to the lake.

This is one of the best KOAs we've ever been to. Super clean and many amenities for the whole family. Mini golf, playground, bikes, dog park, swimming pool, wifi, fire pits and very nice outdoor furniture.
