rganizers of the Southeast Indiana Quilt Expo invite the public to their third annual event. Finding a permanent home in Rising Sun, Indiana, the venue is located in the Rising Star Casino Resort alongside the Ohio River. Preview Night is Thursday, Sept. 8 from 6-9 p.m. Admission is $12. Anyone who registers for a class or lecture automatically get a wrist band allowing admission into the vendor show any night. The event continues on Friday, Sept. 9 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $8 per day. Cierra's Club was founded by Karen Adams in memory of her daughter, Cierra, who died of a drug overdose on her 18th birthday. Their mission is to raise funds to provide safe entertainment choices for teens that do not include drugs or alcohol.
