PULL THRU SPACE #76 WAS AS A LTTLE NARROW FOR OUR 38’ TRAVEL TRAILER WITH 3 SLIDEOUTS BUT THE CAMPGROUND OVERALL WAS CLEAN ANS WELL MAINTAINED.

We have stayed here 3 times. We noticed a sharp decline in the condition and of the campground this time. Our stay was fine but I don't think we will book anymore trips to this location.

Place is generally clean, but things are in need of maintenance. Several of the electrical pedestals are falling apart. Some of the fire pits need maintenance in addition to many of the metal grills. The pet area is in need of cleaning. There was poop everywhere. I was uncomfortable having my dogs in there.

It was over Christmas there were not many people around it as very nice we have stayed here many times. We have noticed a lot of differed maintance

We had a great stay! It was quiet and clean and very easy to get to. The RV site was large enough for us to maneuver and easily get hooked up. The views were breathtaking!

My stay was great but only one problem was with the tv cable connection that was broken in my site. Since the office was closed during my complete stay I couldn’t report the problem until I returned home the next day.

Trashy camp ground. People were loud at night and early in the morning. Lady working in the office was rude.

Our site was very nice. The manager has a bad attitude! I made reservation online & requested a particular site as we come stay the same time every year. We were told we had to CALL to reserve a certain site & was snotty about it. We were told we were just lucky the site was available!

We could not get our rig leveled and asked to move to another site. There was a huge tree uprooted at that site also. They accommodated us and moved to another site. I picked up dog poop left at both sites. They seem to be doing a lot of work around the place. Maybe it’s just in transition.

We couldn't believe how badly the KOA had gone down from just two months ago when we stopped there on our travel trip as well as many other times during the past few years. The dog park was absolutely disgusting - you could hardly walk into it because there was dog poop all over the entire run. Piles of poop at our campsite also. Some dog owners are disgusting but maintenance should be there!!!!!

it was a very nice pleasant stay. Very quiet and the views of the mountains were wonderful.

Needs maintenance and cleaning. Hookups in poor condition Wi-Fi has poor coverage, dog park was unusable due to dog poop all over the place.

Grounds are not maintained. LOTS of dog poop that doesn’t get picked up by owners. Most campers are long term or single overnight stays.

During our stay there were very strong winds and the tree on our site was uprooted and landed on our truck, breaking the windshield. While KOA is not responsible for the wind, we were very disturbed that NO ONE on the park staff was available to assist us...not even by phone. We had to have a tow company come and remove the tree, at a cost of $250. Someone should always be on hand.

Inconsiderate dog owners. Too much barking. Dogs too close for comfort. I asked for a place far away from dogs, got squeezed in between two rv with small, aggressively barking dogs. DOGS TRIGGER MY PTSD

This is a really nice property and is quiet and well-maintained. Our problem is that although I had called and told the office that we would be late coming in, there was no information as I was told would be left at the door to the office. Other envelopes with people's names were taped to the window, but not for us! We just had to take a chance on one of the empty spaces. Very disappointing.

Just a one night stay on my way to Apache Junction, AZ. Unfortunately, didn’t arrive until after office closed and it was dark but called during the day, talked to Austin who was super helpful and informative about late check ins. Austin also went the extra mile, filling a propane tank for me, picked up & delivered to my site as I was hooked up and ready to continue my journey. 5 stars.

It continues to go downhill. We stay here because it’s about the only game in town. Our site was filthy. Trash, old tree clippings, and broken pipes were strewn all around. We paid for a premium site, but it was not usable because of this particular layout. Site sizes are way too small. I could barely park my truck on the site after disconnecting. Fewer trash bins around. Cash flow problems?

Not pleased with the overgrown bushes and trees. The bushes have been trimmed at one time, the remains are still scattered. Trash hasn’t been picked up on our site or the next door site. The front office staff was very accommodating. Really appreciate that. We have been coming to this KOA for years.

The place is in poor shape ground crews not keeping the grounds clean elec covers on box's are falling off. Dog run full of poop even the cans for waste were over flowing.. front office book a new arrival into our space two hours before check out.. then called a day later to tell us check out was at 11 the day after we departed.. shows a real miss ..

This place has potential but needs maintenance. The grounds are unkept and messy. The trees need trimmed and dead branches removed. The bushes need trimmed and cleaned up, trimmings just left on the ground. There are sticker bushes ALL over, pedestal pieces laying around, picnic tables are falling apart. The trash cans for pet disposal are overflowing. Overall the place needs a good clean up!

Park was quiet and had nice shade. Bathrooms were clean. Pool appeared well kept and there was a newer play structure on playground. The park could use more care--5 out of 6 washing machines were out of order, fences were broken, sprinklers watering street rather than grass, loose trash our site when we checked in, covers broken off of electrical boxes.....

Place needs a little work. Laundry room only one washing machine working. My wife and I picked up other people's dog poop in the dog run area. Needs poop bags and new poop rake and shovel.

This place is a dream come true when you've done this long enough to know other parks aren't so clean and the neighbors. Oh my goodness I love them all. I'm kinda shocked at how everyone keeps to themselves it's perfect. Also why are the past people complaining about over vegetation. I wish all the trees and bushes could take over my trailer cause in the summer who cares about the ants. It's heat I'm worried about. Other than that I've been here long enough to know this is my home. No complaints.

Quiet out of the way and about a mile off of the 10 Fwy. Conveniently close to stores, fuel, etc. Most sites are pull-thru. Some have fire pits, raised bbq grills, gravel parking, grass on either side, with full hook-ups. There's a pool for the summer months. A child playground. A small fenced dog park. Frisbee golf, as well as horse shoes. The KOA store doesn't have a lot of food and drinks in it, but it does have some RV items if needed. We were here from Mon - Fri. The weather was nice in early April.

We had an emergency repair at our apartment that we unfortunately had to vacate for the duration of the repair; and my baby is getting over a cold so spreading germs somewhere indoors isn't cool. Plus tight budget so a hotel on such short notice would have been $$$$$. Fortunately; I discovered this place with a few minutes of googling. We were super excited and didn't realize check-in wasn't until 2PM, we arrived roughly before 11AM. The very friendly lady in the office was so accommodating and still allowed us access despite being 3 hours early, and assigned us to our space. Initial impression is that this place is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. We got comfortable pretty quickly and I would definitely visit here again just for fun! And the wifi was very stable and surprisingly fast, considering that it was free! PROS: Pet friendly, Playground, Dog run, Free wi-fi, Quiet, Very clean restrooms and shower area, Grounds well maintained, Fire pits, Plenty to do and explore, Located in a good area, Pool available during summer season! CONS: Honestly, nothing at all. We had no issue during our stay and everybody was very friendly.
