Called for reservation. Our space was blocked by tape.No manager available after 5PM, when travelers are coming in for the night. Broke the tape & parked. WiFi didn't work, cable did. Park is nice looking getting nice improvements. We would try it again.

Maybe add a dumpster and ash can at the far end of the park where we stayed # 42. But we had a great stay and will be back.

the upgrade of this KOA park is great.

Even though they are installing 50 amp at more sites, the two ladies I worked with were very very nice. The whole staff I met in the office, or working out side were very helpful. Nice place for the money

We arrived late and you had our info on the doorknob--thank you! I prefer grass lots to gravel, but I understand that is personal preference. It is well laid out, easy to get around, and has a beautiful view of the mountains. Since we only stayed overnight, we didn't have the opportunity to experience all you have to offer, but look forward to that experience in the future. Thank you, KOA! :)

Nice facility; in the process of making improvements to the parking sites and will be much nicer when finished. Nice now but will be nicer when done. Great restrooms, very pleasant/helpful staff.

We booked a grassy site with shade trees - we got a gravel site with new bushes - no grass in sight no shade. The pool was cold but it was green and obviously needed chlorine - it put us off going in to swim. There is no normal KOA breakfast or meal service like you get at other KOA's. Overall I would only stay here for 1 night if passing through as there is not much to offer here.

Très bon confort et la piscine et le mini-golf ont beaucoup plus aux enfants!

Camping is something you do at night however this place closes everything early. we were there 3 days and never saw a staff member that wasn't a workamper.

For travellers who stay only 1 night it would be nice if the laundry would be opened longer then 8 pm, maybe 10 pm ?

Nice welcome, shower old and dirty. Swimmingpool smal. Wifi bad

Friendly staff, clean toilets.
Aug 18, 2014
Nice and quiet (hardly anyone there! probably due to the hot weather - summer time). They were actively updating the the grounds with new gravel, picnic tables and electrical. Very clean and pleasant.

Only downside were the train tracks. You can hear the train pretty good, especially as they blow their horns. Not too loud but could be irritating. The sites were good and just renovated. (still ongoing, but no nuisance) Playground for the kids was nice and the pool was also good.

would be nice if drive through was marked for interance and exit lanes. working upgrades will make park very comfortable when finished

Very relaxing even though there is major renovation going on it did not affect us. Love the enclosed dog park. Office person was very helpful. This was our 2nd time and we will return.

had to leave early, because my electricity was cut off by the maintence men and my batteries clicked over for the electricity and caused them to go dead. but we had a great time, everyone enjoyed themselves. Great place for the kids, they had a blast.

while we were staying at the campingsite was under construction and the workers started at 8.00 a.m right next to our RV.... the provided code to toilets was wrong, other visitors gave us the right codes. However. we think it is going tot be a very beautiful camping site and might try another time if possible!

We were in a 38' Class A, towing. The first site we were assigned had no power. On the second try, we had clean 50 amp service. The park is under reno and will be great. Our rig barely fit in the pull-thru. The directions in the book could be improved, as there are no street signs!

We stayed at this KOA for a night on our trip back home from Sequoia Nat Park. It was very nice KOA. Not too many shade trees unfortunately as it is quite hot in the summer. They are in the process of remodeling the RV sites and so far they will be pretty nice. New electrical hookups, gravel sites and some new bushes. Our experience was pleasant.

First we got a place where there was no electricity (because of work). After that we got a place without barbecue. It is a very windy place, in Kingman. Swimming pool is cold.

our stay here was not to good. we were not informed before we arrived that a full blown restoration was underway digging up the grounds with backhoes, trackers, workers everywhere. They were watering down the grounds in some areas but with the wind your rig would still get covered in dust especially when the tracker was behind your rig digging up the ground. Also the new management was lost.

The desert setting for this KOA makes it completely different from other KOA campgrounds. Great location. Close to Joshua Tree NP and Palm Springs Arial Tramway.

Very nice. They are doing a lot of work to this place. It will soon be very, very nice.
