Pool was too crowded, but weather very hot. The man who led us to our site was very nice. Nice trees for RV.

We stayed two night. 1st night in site 98 and moved to site 28 the second night for full hookup. The campground was pretty good. I wouldn’t give it a 5 star but the staff was nice and helpful when we locked the keys in the truck. The sites were decent size but not huge. Didn’t use the facilities at all so can’t comment on that. We would stay again. Beautiful area by the white river!

There was a problem with our reservation and we ended up in a much shorter regular site instead of the long premium patio site, but the Manager was determined to make it right. She figured out a way to put us in a nice end site closer to the road. This made our 12 nights at this campground much more enjoyable. Thank you Jane! We appreciate you!

The campground was nice and very close to the National Park. It has everything that you need and it is a great campground if you have kids as there is a lot to do.

This is a nice clean family oriented campground. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground was clean and quiet. Since is is located in a remote area here was no noise from road traffic. Because it is remote one should bring all the stuff you need including food or expect to travel 45 minutes or more for supplies.

We were only there a couple of nights, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The campground was nice and clean, our site was a great size and had some shade, and the availability of breakfast on site was a nice bonus.

Nice campground, love the oasis of trees. Site was not as long as we would have liked, but we chose to stay in that site under the trees. Staff is super, great dog park, breakfast and dinner on site.

Convenient location to the Badlands. Easy to get in and out of the campground. Our site was near the dump station/propane/dumpsters and minimal shade. There was a fly population that snuck inside and stayed in the camper for the remainder of our trip. Overall, nice employees and a flat campsite, but the pool was small and warm (106 degree day). One night stay for us.

Great stop just outside the Badlands Park. We stayed 2 nights. Nice deep pool provided relief from the heat. Clean bathrooms and showers. Cable TV was nice as well. Store was well stocked. Very polite Staff. Lots of flies and cicadas when we visited do to a wetter than average season. Would definitely return.

We had a good stay, until we were asking for a possibility to stay 2 hours longer than 11. Someone at the desk told us very unfriendly, that eleven is eleven and that we not even can park by the entrance. Never happened to us at any other campground ( not KOA). So no i dont think we will choose KOA again.

Grounds were well kept a short drive to the Badlands sites are good size only drawback the Biting flies. Really bad!

Very nice and clean...no water pressure at all.in one of the showers. Only there one night, but enjoyed our stay.

It was fine for a one night stay. Everything seemed well kept except for the putt-putt course.

Great campground, clean bathrooms & showers and the staff is amazing. Only reason they didn’t get 5 starts as it’s almost double the price of most other campgrounds.

The park itself is nice, the staff is very friendly and the grounds and facilities are well cared for. The bugs, especially the biting flies made it impossible to enjoy any outside activities. Would not recommend visiting in July. They did fog the park the morning we were leaving, but it did not help at all as far as the flies were concerned. All in our party of 4 trailers were miserable.

Staff and park are nice but the flies and mosquitoes as well as the heat kept us from hanging out with friends outside. Probably won’t return here.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Thank you for spraying for those pesky flies! Offering breakfast and dinner on site is a great idea. The pool was such a relief from the heat. Our hikes were fun-proximity to the park was just right. You all thought of everything!

The park was very nice. Very clean, mature trees, 2 really nice laundry areas.Good size swimming pool. The staff were excellent!! Wi��l definitely stay again when we are in the area.

I was greeted warmly when I checked in and guided to my site, which I appreciate that most KOAs do. The campground is well laid out. It deserves more than a Journey designation within the KOA rankings, as it as nice as many Holidays I have stayed at. Great camp store too. The only negative was the proximity to I-90.

First and foremost I have to give a huge shoutout to Danny! He was absolutely great! It was the first leg of our trip and I have to say that The Badlands far exceeded our expectations. The proximity to everything there was great. We will definitely be back!

We just love this KOA! The people are so friendly, the bathrooms, pool area, everything is so clean and the campsites are great. This is our 4th stay here!

This camp is only camp w shade. Our visit was blessed w temperatures exceeding 100, shade was king! There’s a refreshing pool. CLEAN bathrooms. There is food service (also critical when so hot). If in the Badlands, this IS the camp!

Really enjoyed our stay at this KOA. It was a short 10-15 min drive from Ranger Station and the Cedar Pass Cafe. It was a peaceful area with a creek that runs through it. Loved the pool and laundry facilities. The breakfast/dinner barn was nice to fall back on. Campstore had all the necessities and some gifts. Bathrooms were clean. Putt putt area was just overgrown with grass. Nice dog park.

Nice pull through level site. Flys were an issue but they sprayed for them. Not a campground specific issue though because the flys were in the National park also. Good food at the KOA food shack. Decent campground overall.

Great stay! Very close to Interior and Badlands! Talk to local owners in Interior about changes through the years! Great hikes through the Badlands- take your time and then come back to relax at the campground!

Good proximity campground was clean no issues with staff. My only issue was on Saturday morning at 6 am they started spraying for mosquitoes I guess or bugs. They started a very loud machine that put out alot of smoke and drove through the campground. Filled our camper with smoke because our windows were open. No warning at all. That ruined our experience at this KOA.

Great park! The facilities & grounds are well maintained and in excellent condition. The hosts were very friendly and helpful guiding us to our site and insuring we were set up without any issues or questions. The hosts were diligent in maintaining the parks/sites in great shape. The park exceeded my expectations in both service & conditions. Highly recommend! Would stay again without hesitation.

The staff was pleasant but the smell of the sewer ponds was too much. We would not stay there again for that reason.

I absolutely loved this nice little park. We didn't use the amenities because we came to visit the Badlands. We spent several days sightseeing the park and it was very much worth the time and money to stay here. Everyone we met was super friendly and welcoming! Grant it, I'm writing this review a year later, but it's still fresh in my memory! Thank you for such a wonderful site and a great vacation spot!

Wow! We arrived late and so happy to find a beautiful site. Very clean, quiet campground. Highly recommend if visiting the Badlands area. We spent 3 days and it was a great experience. Highly recommend the breakfast pancakes!

3.5 stars - CABIN A/C UNIT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. It was a very hot outside (99) but for the price of cabins, the property owner(s) needs to invest in adequate units that are larger and work for weather extremes or store industrial fans for open window air movement. Getting up every two hours, to kick start an a/c unit, after being on the road for twelve hours, is NOT fun. :( The employees/management are very nice and the property is kept very clean. Bath-house (near) cabins was sparkling clean, which is always a big plus.
