Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had two complaints: The wifi continues to be terrible. You need more bandwidth. The yellowjackets were the worst ever. An investment in some yellowjacket traps would make a huge difference.

This is absolutely the best KOA that I have ever stayed at! Manager Jamee is great at making sure everything is done right and everything and everyone is perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful--always asking if there is anything they can do for us. The bathrooms are spotless and well supplied, and the campground is always clean and well taken care of. It's my favorite vacation place!

Golf carts and ATVs too active and driving too fast. They are driving faster than the RV’s and raising lots of dust. Restrooms were out of soap often. Toilet next to playground was broken and spraying water behind you. (Top was ajar.) Lower loop restrooms were also dirty, toilets. The other restroom’s were okay, playground restrooms should be checked more often. Cable TV didn’t work at site

Loved the staff, the facilities and the programs. Only downside is the gravel instead of paving. But a minor quibble really, and it's a build in speed bump! Just be careful with your chocks; they can slip.

Great communication via messaging. Organized and helpful. A bit dusty in the 400 block where we were camped. Lots of activities for kids at this KOA.

sites can be crammed in and the amount of rules is crazy and no flexibility. Our neighbor had tree issues and they would not help and told him if he did anything they would fine him. Also, we moving sites they wont let you do that before checkin time even when the site was not occupied. If going to this area, use Fort Stevens State park. Very nice and much less cost.

Large property with lots of amenities for children. Camp sites are small however and restrooms are overrun by people and are dirty as are the pools.

This is a great place for families with kids. There is a wide assortment of fun, free activities, and those with fees are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness overall is good. The only negative is that some of the facilities are in need of maintenance and/or upgrading.

We love this KOA. The amenities are wonderful and the staff was very attentive. Our only complaint is with the indoor pool area. The spa was constantly full of very small children and babies without diapers. The water was very dirty in the spa and the pool. It was unusable for our family for the duration of the stay due to this. The outdoor pool was lovely. It was very clean and the perfect temp.

Kids were running around with no adult supervision. Constant yelling & screaming, while parents were at another site drinking & ignoring them. Worse than a Jellystone campground. Site we had was not close to level. Put a bad taste in our mouths about ever using a KOA again. The BBQ restaurant was horrible. The young gal taking orders was rude. Served us burnt to a char dried out ribs inedible.

I really like the amenities. Bathrooms are super clean, premises very well kept and personal is very friendly and attentive. My only concern it seems that during our stay we had some issues as folks driving at high speed, not collecting after their pets, walking through campgrounds. KOA could take this into consideration and have more personal looking after the safety of the campers during summer.

Excellent experience. All Koa staff were super pleasant and helpful. Our only suggestion is to ensure that the hot tub is not overrun with unsupervised kids.

Space 418 was literally in the dirt. Our slide was 1 and a half foot from the neighbors tent. The showers behind the lodge registration were dirty and need renovation.

We have stayed at this KOA many times this was the first trip with our 3 grandsons ages 8 and 13 and they all enjoyed every inch of the grounds . Super clean bathrooms and fully staffed kids event grounds with 2 awesome pools “no lifeguards “ . Only downside some sites get really loud after the 10.00 pm quiet time which is not an enforced rule. Best kids campground you’ll find for the $

Check-in was fast and all the people were smiling and inviting. The laughter from the pool was heard from our spot and we could tell the people were having a lot of fun.

First time Koa camping. We loved everyone working there and for such a big place was well organized. We're not used the tight closeness of everyone's camp. Like Firepits 10ft from nierbors rv etc. And earplugs needed to sleep. But everyone was having fun. Lot's of kids and activities. We'll use Koa when traveling with grandkids but prefer National and State parks and boondocks.with a view

Enjoyed the stay very much, although next time I may request a site away from the kids area. As retirees, it was a bit overwhelming with all the noise. Really enjoyed the bbq; hope he will be there the next time we come.

This RV park is a kid wonderland it is so full of kids and activities. My kids had a blast! Only complaint is the dirt. Laying some gravel down would be extremely helpful because it’s like a dirt pit everywhere, including the showers and that gets old. Also need more washers and dryers. Bathrooms and showers are disgusting! No matter what time of day we used them they were never clean. The gravel kicks up so much dust and there was a ton of noise. State parks often are quieter and cleaner.

The campground is nothing but a dust bowl. I lost count of the number of rude people that kept walking through our campsite. It was not an enjoyable stay.

fun filled week end for families with children . I'm 84 and traveling alone except for my cat. I enjoyed my stay anyway. I did find the campfires to be a little too much .......particularly at 7 am.... must be a revival of the "pioneer spirit" wifi and cable were poor.......probably too many people on the system.........nice family park.

This KOA is especially welcoming. When you pull in, you are greeted and it doesn't end there. The park has signs to make it easy to get around. I don't have young kids, but if you do, the kid's fun area is amazing. The BBQ was great. Baby back ribs, mac and cheese, corn bread....... delish. A real family friendly park. Top honors!!!

We love it, but I am stressing over the fact that we cannot reserve a spot for next year.. We brag about the KOA all the time but always book before we leave or when we checkin. there are 4 of us that count on this feature.

My stay was very enjoyable, my site was clean and comfortable. Staff was always available to ask questions and provide assistance. Will make this location one of my favorite places to RV. Facilities were maintained and in great condition. AC

Was pretty crowded, sites were packed in pretty tight. Tons of BEES everywhere...nice amenities but too crowded to really enjoy.

We have stayed at many KOA's over the 8 yrs we have owned our RV! And Astoria/ warrenton koa is by far the best one we have stayed at. Nice level spots, sites with personal dog pens ( which we got and loved and will never not get) we are aware this is a new koa amenity, the indoor pool and hot tub was the nicest and biggest, restrooms and showers clean, maintenance was fast, gift shop was nice, they have so many amenities on the Koa grounds , our personal favs were the pool and the rc track, and the close proximity to the ocean. Also it was a nice place to camp in the summer for my 38th birthday! We had a rv site with full hookups and a pup pen , my cousin rented a cabin for a couple nights and they played pool, jumped on the blob pillow, we fully enjoyed our time

The only problem of this property is the firewood, doesn't burn is just make a lot of smoke and they doesn't accept returns so is better if you bring your own firewood or get it from a different place this happen 4/12/2024, El unico problema con esta propiedad es la leńa que venden no prende solo ace humo y no aceptan devolución lo mejor es que traigan su propia leña o que la compren en otro lado esto paso 4/12/2024

We had a tent space with a shelter, and it saved us from getting rained on! We camped under the clouds of rain!
