The cabin was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is the toilet tank was extremely slow to refill after flushing. This needs to be improved. Everyone at the front desk was great to work with. We will come back.

OMG - the interstate traffic noise was awful! AND, when making reservations we were told it was a quiet campground! We were also told there was excellent/good phone wifi service. Not so. I especially needed both. When a customer asks a direct question about conditions please provide direct and honest answers.

The staff was more than helpful and welcoming. The KOA Camp was pristine. We were so very lucky to have the staff help us with our issues when we were traveling. I would stay here again on any of our adventures

Super friendly hosts, checking in after hours was real simple and the camping spots were clean clean clean! The campground host comes by in the mornings to pick up your trash, so you can relax and swim in the pool or go out for your sightseeing in this beautiful area!

The only thing good was the staff. The grounds are horrible…..ugly, all gravel, not much grass around the spots, dusty with no landscaping AT ALL! Tree clippings in a pile by the dog park and on and on.

The campground was clean and well taken care of. The issue was the traffic noise. The campground is right next to I40 and we heard it all night.

Sites are basically dirt with rock, would not want to be there in the rain, tree cover was nice. I-40 traffic noise was continuous and loud most of the time. Julia was super nice and professional, signage is good if you maintain a slow speed, steep grade to campground, exit paths could be problematic as other rows exit opposite your path.

The only down side to this campground is traffic noise from the Interstate. The campground is clean and the staff are very helpful.

Unfortunately thru no fault of the campground, I 40 runs directly along side the pull thru section of the campground. The noise is phenomenal. This should only be a one night stay location.

Very nice, friendly and helpful. We were on our first camping trip with our new trailer and had issues come up that they were very helpful with. We requested some gravel for our site as it had rained and was a little muddy, and the gravel was put down immediately. Were very helpful in telling us about surroundings and things to see. Campground was very clean and enjoyable to stay there.

Great stay, level spaces, easy access. We were passing through and easy access from and back to I-40. Planning a trip to Biltmore estate in the fall. Planning on making this campground our base camp ����

Very nice KOA for a few day/night stay. Easy in and put. Nice trails throughout. Pet friendly. Close to the Biltmore and other attractions. But, if you don’t like highway noise, this might not be the KOA for you.

Staff were friendly, grounds were very well kept. Sites were not very level and would have enjoyed a bit more space between sites or a paved area. The traffic noise was unbearable and the reason we would not recommend or return to this KOA.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I asked for a certain grocery item and was told the place closest to the campground. The campground is clean and well kept. My only suggestion is to put a gravel pad near the dog park so you can drive up and take the pets to it. My dog is a breed that wants bark. I will be back!!! I highly recommend close to everything.

The cabins were nice and clean when we checked it. The mattress were very good, some places have very thin mattresses in these types of cabins but not at this KOA! It was also great that the office/bathrooms were very close to the cabins! The KOA itself has a easy layout and nature trails to walk on!

One suggestion… please replace the safety strips in the showers… footing in the first one is particularly slippery!

We needed a place to spend the night due to our generator failure. We were extremely grateful to be able to call the campground an hour before closing and reserve a campsite. Thanks for being there!

This KOA is a class act in taking care of its guests. From the moment we arrived the team set out to make us feel like we were family. The bath house was clean and the showers were fitted with upgrade shower heads. Though situated close to the freeway, you didn’t get the feeling you were close to the freeway. Sites were gravel and not very level. Stayed in a class A. Water connection was not on the correct plumbing side so had to share with neighbor- and the water pipe leaked leaving a wet site. Very noisy next to the highway. All that said, the people running the park are very kind and hospitable.

Very friendly and clean...dog park is really nice and larger than some. Yes it's off of i40 but they will offer ear plugs etc. But it really wasn't much of a problem for us...

A lot of raid noise, but they tell you that up front. The camp was clean, the staff hard working and friendly! The sites need to be leveled better, but we were able to level using our blocks in our class A. They only have one dog park, and it's over where most of the long terms are ans if you are in the pull through up top its a long walk. They have a nice pool and nice trail around the camp. I'm not sure I would agree with it being called a holiday ( lack of amenities) but a good journey for a 2 day stay.

I was a tad nervous about the noise reading the reviews, but we did not have any issues with the traffic noise. This is a great jump off point to Asheville and close to anything you would need. The facilities were really well kept and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
