Only stayed one night but staff (Nathan) stayed late to check me in and was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Definitely at the top of my list when I return to this area.

Great location for fishing Lake Hartwell. Friendly staff and a clean bath house. I’d definitely stay there again.

The camp host was very pleasant. The campground and facilities were clean and decorated in a fun way for Halloween it was easy to find and easy to maneuver. We love the Lake Hartwell area and will probably come back next spring, perhaps for a longer stay. Groceries were easy to find in the general area and there are plenty of fast foods of any kind you’d want!

We have always stayed at this KOA when we come to Clemson games but we have always stayed in our camper. It has been about 4 years since we’ve stayed here and came up for a game and this year we decided to stay in the cabins. The cabins are clean however the beds really need some up grading and the cabins themselves do as well. The shower house also really could use some upgrades.

Staff was wonderful. Bathrooms clean. Loved the walking trail in the woods. Sites are good and my dog liked the dog park.

WE stay at this outstanding KOA twice each year and receive outstanding professional service. It is a beautiful campground with easy to pull through sites.

The team there is helpful and fun. They did a great job of answering questions and checking us in quickly. Cabins were clean and comfortable and the outside area was a nice plus with a fire pit, grill, picnic table and porch swing. We'll be back!

We like more private secluded parks. We needed a one night stay so this was perfect. Wouldn’t stay again for an extended period as you are pulled in right next to other rvs. But if you like that sort of thing great place. Quiet

The campground is nice, if you a place direct at the river. The owner allows camper to fix their cars at night, so we were right beside am camper who startet his just repaired engine at 11 PM to check it. Even complaining didn't help.The next day complaining at office - nothing happend to that camper. Around Murphy there is no connection for cell-phones possible. Wifi at campground is very slow.

Front desk host very abrupt, fussed at us for not answering our phone when we were parked at the office looking for her when we arrived! Also, we reserved our three sites over 6 months ago where we could all be together, for eating, etc. One of our sites was way down the road from us in a very tight spot. For the price and name of KOA, this park is unacceptable - not neat and tidy like KOA's.

As is with almost everything here in the south, the Southern Hospitality here was amazing and we had a great time. Super convenient to Lake Hartwell access, close enough to Clemson if you want to visit there as well as a bunch of other activities in the area.

This KOA Campground had everything. Several playground areas for children, dog walks, well marked signs throughout the campground, beautiful arrangements near some of the campsites like tables and chairs, benches, wooden rockers, fire pits, covered grills, all on wooden platforms. Well maintained Campground. Swimming pool, put-put, large bouncing platform for children. And all the standard things such as bath houses and laundry room. Office personnel were great and helpful. Supplies in office & Little gift shop. Very impressive Campground and had good occupancy while we were there in March 2024.

Can't rate rooms stayed at KOA Campground in my RV. Will stay again if in area.
