So the campgrounds were great and enjoyed it. Was disappointed that after being snowed in and had initially requested and additional night that we had an emergency and had to leave. So we left at around 4 o'clock pm. Still got charged for a full night. Was hoping with all the snow, doing without power for about eight hours that a late checkout fee would have been more appropriate.

I love this koa. The people are really awesome. We had problems with our rv and the went beyond our expectations to get us the help we needed.

The staff was very friendly, grounds were kept clean, and we decided to extend our stay, they made it possible. I would highly recommend this place.

A campsite which met all my expectations. Everything is clean and the people are very nice and helpful. All that is missing is walking trails.

Drove in for an over night stay without a reservation. The office staff was more than friendly and helped me out. The spot was level and easy to access. It was long enough to pull my 42' RV plus Truck into without having to unhitch. The road was a little tight so leaving at 3:30AM was a slight challenge. Had a dog park so that was an absolute plus. The bath house was dated but very clean.

Excellent service, everything was very clean. Staff was friendly. We would stay here again if in the area. Loved being close to the dog park- our dogs appreciated this. Thank you!

This KOA was easy to get to and navigate in. Our site was well maintained and the park was clean and organized. The camp store was very well stocked and the best part was the people. We had a good experience.

Our overall experience was great. The people in the office are outstanding. However, the woman’s bathroom/shower house could be updated. The door didn’t lock and the shower stalls don’t lock. The mens side was better than womens, other than a stall door that doesn’t close all the way.

We are very impressed with KOA Anderson/Lake Hartwell. The staff is awesome and the campground is very clean and well kept.

All employees were extremely nice and helpful! For an older campground, we had a great time in such a clean campground! Highly recommend!

We stayed for one night on our way to Georgia from NY. It’s a very convenient location. Kathy the host is super helpful and friendly. They seems to have a mix of long term/ regular campers and people just stopping in like us. They have some amenities but I didn’t use anything other than the dog park. Very basic but it was fine. They are doing updates and repairs on their cabins.

Thanks for the great time we had there. We stayed in a deluxe cabin very clean. Bathrooms showers laundry room the star was very clean and well stocked owners are superb. Outside workers outstanding. Office workers very very nice thanks Louie and Rich with the television Cooper was very happy with it. See y'all soon keep up the Great work

Campground is rundown. Trash not picked up at your site, personnel not very friendly, office not open Sunday afternoon - left a xerox copy of campground map taped to the door of the office. Not typical of other KOAs we have gone to.

Visit again: definitely Felt safe: very Site condition: clean Pad: steep slope, pull far forward & park truck across front. Spacing between sites: plenty Views: Lake side is worth it Hook-ups: easy Noise: very quiet Staff: friendly helpful GPS: accurate Things to do: downtown Anderson!!! Cute, clean, fantastic restaurants, easy car parking, comfortable walking all around.

Kris and company always go out of their way to accomodate campers! The campground has been improved each year we've stayed there. Kid friendly as well.

A very quaint, peaceful park. Nice spots for pull throughs. Very easy, quick check in for sudden stops. We are definitely planning a vacation stop at this campground. Two thumbs up for sure.

This KOA Campground had everything. Several playground areas for children, dog walks, well marked signs throughout the campground, beautiful arrangements near some of the campsites like tables and chairs, benches, wooden rockers, fire pits, covered grills, all on wooden platforms. Well maintained Campground. Swimming pool, put-put, large bouncing platform for children. And all the standard things such as bath houses and laundry room. Office personnel were great and helpful. Supplies in office & Little gift shop. Very impressive Campground and had good occupancy while we were there in March 2024.
