The campground was very family friendly. The employees helpful,friendly and professional. The campsite very well maintained and we felt very safe with our four year old granddaughter. The stay was a very good experience and we will be back.

Check in hostess completely screwed it up, charged for a new membership, and couldn't get it through her head what she did. The next morning, trying to straighten it out, same thing. The spaces are awful. Picnic table on top of next spaces dump. Zero breathing room. When we were pulling out with our short, 25' trailer, we couldn't because the rv across was extending into road, inapproprspaces.

Clean quiet park with easy access to/from I-25. Close to both Albuquerque, Santa Fe and other New Mexico landmarks. Will stay again!

Overall the saty was great. We only stayed one night. We did arrive late to the campground and the check in procedures were a unclear. We have stayed at many KOAs over the years and the other campgrounds either include the late arrival info in a email or the check in info is easier to obtain given the late arrival. We also tried calling the night management several times and received no phone call

We stayed at this KOA on our way home from a long road trip. It was 100 degrees out at check-in and the staff gave us a nice, shady pull through spot. It was nice and quiet. Having a pizzeria and brewery right next door gives this spot bonus points!

Mother uses wheelchair and had issues with bathroom doors . While she able to get to the toilet she was not able to close door with wheelchair in stall. Recommend switching door to open outwards or having one wide handicap stall.

Artificial turf at each site is filthy. They need to be blown off periodically. Interior roads tight. Bathrooms clean but no AC in 100 degree heat. Won't stay again. Site had significant grade.

Friendly staff and nice bathroom and pool. I found the sites to be narrow. I felt closer to my neighbors than usual.

Check-in was easy. staff friendly, Grounds and campsites were clean and well groomed. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and playground.

great location off I-25. Easy off and easy on. Great restaurants nearby (Range nearby). Great KOA staff. We will be back.

You do not get the site that you reserved. Even if you pay more or less for the site that you reserved they put you wherever they want. What is the point of having a choice of sites on the website and then getting there and being told that that's not how it works? Terrible terrible terrible! Just don't stay there.

Hot water is tricky to get going in the showers. Apparently there is a special way to make it happen, but no sign to let us know otherwise, this KOA was very clean and well run.

We stayed 1 night in a 40 Ft. motorcoach in a pull-through site. We enjoyed the swimming pool (the shade cover(s) were cool to watch deploy. All utilities were very accessible and working great working order. We will visit this location again. Highly recommend.

Easy in, easy out. Perfect for an overnight stay. Perhaps the best part of our stay was visiting the brewery within easy walking distance down a path on side of campground. Great beer, great pizza, great live music.

We have been travelling across the Country for the past 3 weeks and have stayed in many different campgrounds so doing a re view can be difficult. That said two things make our stay at this KOA stand out. First we would like to thank Suzie for going out of her way to find a site with some shade for our dogs. We also appreciated the free coffee but not the $10.00 dog fee. Once again thank u Suzie.

Have been staying here while passing through for many years, and always had good reviews. This time, upon arrival, I was charged for my dog which has never happened before. This charge is nowhere on their website and it wasn’t charged when I made the reservation. I was told it was required by KOA Corporate, which is not true. Sad I was lied to and charged after my arrival.

The place is very well kept. Pool is excellent with half shade on each side. Plenty.of chairs and tables. Bathrooms were very clean. My grandson went and watch the movie at night on the big screen which was a bonus.

Pool is nice, campground is clean, quieter atmosphere. While Cable is provided as part of the stay, it is not a clear picture & signal scrambles frequently. WiFi was essentially unusable even though connected, as the speed was extremely slow. Overall enjoyed our stay

The three things that matter most to us are clean restrooms/showers, clean pool, level spot. N Albuquerque Bernalillo KOA was 3 for 3 and more! Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 3 months while I had a contract job in Albuquerque. My husband and I had nothing but positive experiences at this KOA. Angie and Andrew (management), Debbie (front desk), Patrick, Greg, and Ryan (grounds/maintenance) were all great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell the campground is well managed. The bathrooms are easily the nicest and cleanest of any rv park we've stayed at. There was one issue with an unruly camper while we were there, and management handled it swiftly and professionally. We always felt safe in the campground. I worked downtown at UNM, and my commute was 20mins easy. Great location to downtown while being out of town :) Also, super close to hiking trails! Our only critique would be that the picnic tables are a little too close to your neighbor's sewage. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it to travelers coming through Albuquerque.

It was a nice surprise! We did an impromptu stop, and this camp is pristine and well kept. Staff was fantastic. And there's a nice little brewery next door with food and drinks. We will come back for sure!

Great place to stay. Clean well kept good size spaces I stayed in a 25 foot camper, travel trailer with a dog and a cat.
