The staff went out of their way to help me with a light problem with my trailer. They were very prompt to address my problem. I will stay at this KOA every time I come their way. Excellent customer service as always.

The pool was nicely heated and the staff especially accommodating. Eleanor went out of her way to offer us options for a longer stay to help with our tire issues. The park is located away from all the crowds and traffic.

KOA’s in Albuquerque are headed in wrong direction. This one is a little tight for a 40’ rig and spots are not very level.

If all you’re looking for is a place to park while you do other things... it’s clean and well kept. Most spots are very small. I needed to be able to work and needed the internet service advertised. WiFi seldom had internet if at all. They said to many people online. Tried at 2:30 am. Same result. Tried hooking up to the provided cable... it was down too. Clean and well kept..

Clean, quiet campground. Spaces seem tight if you have slide outs — our slides were almost on top of our neighbors picnic table. Staff was very friendly.

This almost a yearly stop for us as we travel twice a year between California and Michigan. The restrooms are clean and there is a little brew pub (Katkus) with good pizza and live music. The brew pub was closed the night we were there and we had an excellent meal at the cafe in downtown Bernaillio.

Clean well run RV park. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The dog areas were well maintained. I will definitely stay here again on my way through.

Generally a good RV park. The big problem is the narrow paved streets. People park up to the edge of the pavement making it very hard to manuver in and out with a rig. They"ve done a great job with wifi routers fhrough the park, but need to provide more bandwidth. Wifi was pretty much unusable as a result.

Do not advertise wifi if it is impossibleto connect. I askedan employee and he said no one can connect. Also,wetravel without pet and we do notley him bark, never leave him off leash and always pick up after him; that said, our lot had dog crap from the previous owner all over the place and we had to listen to manydogs near by bark non stop for hours. For thosereasons, I would notrecommend.

Not a bad campground clean and most of staff are customer engaged.Don't mind paying for our pet but not stated on web page or during check-in.Noticed the charge on our reciept after.Would have been nice to no during the check-in! All sites are called Patio Sites-looks like KOA does not have a standard set for the clasification of RV sites ! Get rid of the fake grass hard to keep clean looks dirty!

The water pressure is less than 40psi and too low to operate our rig efficiently. The dog park has fine powdery dirt so when the dogs run it gets everywhere. Should be round gravel.

The spot I stayed in had a very strong chemical odor. So much that it made me dizzy and nauseous. I had to move to a vacant spot in the middle of the night and departed at 4 am. I emailed and called the office but never received a response or even a sorry. I think this experience deserves a refund. This was for my stay in spot 6 on May 9-10

Beautiful bathrooms. BUT .... where are the shower curtains? It's impossible to keep what you take in with you dry. How frustrating!

We had RV issues that forced us to not leave on time and the personnel never hassled us but tried to help the best they could. I've lived in Bernalillo in 2014 and I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the campground is. Good job!

We stayed here for 3 months while I had a contract job in Albuquerque. My husband and I had nothing but positive experiences at this KOA. Angie and Andrew (management), Debbie (front desk), Patrick, Greg, and Ryan (grounds/maintenance) were all great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell the campground is well managed. The bathrooms are easily the nicest and cleanest of any rv park we've stayed at. There was one issue with an unruly camper while we were there, and management handled it swiftly and professionally. We always felt safe in the campground. I worked downtown at UNM, and my commute was 20mins easy. Great location to downtown while being out of town :) Also, super close to hiking trails! Our only critique would be that the picnic tables are a little too close to your neighbor's sewage. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it to travelers coming through Albuquerque.

It was a nice surprise! We did an impromptu stop, and this camp is pristine and well kept. Staff was fantastic. And there's a nice little brewery next door with food and drinks. We will come back for sure!

Great place to stay. Clean well kept good size spaces I stayed in a 25 foot camper, travel trailer with a dog and a cat.
