We would give 5 stars if you kept your trees trimmed to 14 feet at all parts of your park. One hole in a roof can mean a large deductible and a total roof replacement. We had to back out of our spot to avoid limbs on our 5th wheel and then encountered large limbs on the path out from our site. This is unacceptable! If you truly care about your patrons, you would invest in monthly tree trimming.

Easy access from interstate, but sites are awfully close & not really made for today’s larger RV’s. Also not a lot of room to park our truck in front or behind our 5th wheel as we had to put RV in middle of the site to be level as there was quite a large slope at the rear. Also trees were too close to RV to be able to use our awnings.

our "escort" took us to the wrong site. when we tried to hail him with our horn he just ignored us. later, the office called me and said we were at the wrong spot and there was another camper that needed that spot. so I went and moved my rv to the correct spot that I had to find myself. the spot that we were told to vacate was not used by someone else. not the best management.

The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. We travel many many miles and stay in KOAs along our journeys. This one is undoubtedly one of the cleanest and most well maintained.

Very friendly helpful folks. Nice and clean camp ground including all buildings. Loved the break from cooking and order delicious pizza from Casey at the little food building. Sat at their tables and enjoyed a relaxing evening. Enjoyed visiting with the guys in the golf carts checking in with everyone. Families working together. It was wonderful!

Manager refused to refund the full amount for the KOA reward points. She was supposed to refund $10, but only gave $5. She said it was for the pet fee, but I had already paid it. She was rude. Both the power and water was not working when we left.

Pleasant staff, clean restrooms, nearly level sites. It would be nice if more KOA's had some level of handicapped accessibility. This is the first KOA I have encountered that charges a pet fee, but if I was again in this area I would still return.

Just stayed one night. Nice clean park. Spot was easy to get into and very clean and neat. Will stay here again when I’m in Albuquerque.

I made reservations four months in advance and requested a site that was near the restroom/showers. Upon arrival, we were given a site at the most remote location from the restrooms. I asked for a closer site and, without checking, I was told they were full and could not change, However, during our 2 day stay, I observed closer sites that were not occupied. However, the facilities were great.

Great people, we had some awning damage (not the fault of the campground) and they gave a terrific recommendation for a local repair service, who got right out to us and got us back on the road in no time, at very reasonable cost,. Thanks to the staff and Sean's RV Repair!

Only there overnight but stopped on prior occasions. Staff is fantastic, very service oriented. Felt save and will definitely stay there again in the future.

They really helped us out, We a last minute change to our reservation. Campground was very quiet. Bathrooms were spotless!! Showers we wonderful. HOt Water, Hot Water and more Hot Water!! Would highly recommend.

We live nearby but wanted to take our camper out for the weekend. The campground is very well kept (sites groomed), clean and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I highly recommend this campground—I anti party we’ll be back.

We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the grounds and buildings, the laundry facility and the cost of using it (we did three loads and the price was quite reasonable), and the general quietness. However, we were disappointed in the four, young, loud, and rowdy men who stayed in the pull-through opposite us (we were in site 63). Noise at 0130 AM is long past quiet hours!

We stayed here for 3 months while I had a contract job in Albuquerque. My husband and I had nothing but positive experiences at this KOA. Angie and Andrew (management), Debbie (front desk), Patrick, Greg, and Ryan (grounds/maintenance) were all great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell the campground is well managed. The bathrooms are easily the nicest and cleanest of any rv park we've stayed at. There was one issue with an unruly camper while we were there, and management handled it swiftly and professionally. We always felt safe in the campground. I worked downtown at UNM, and my commute was 20mins easy. Great location to downtown while being out of town :) Also, super close to hiking trails! Our only critique would be that the picnic tables are a little too close to your neighbor's sewage. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it to travelers coming through Albuquerque.

It was a nice surprise! We did an impromptu stop, and this camp is pristine and well kept. Staff was fantastic. And there's a nice little brewery next door with food and drinks. We will come back for sure!

Great place to stay. Clean well kept good size spaces I stayed in a 25 foot camper, travel trailer with a dog and a cat.
