The Albany/Corvallis KOA was a great location to stay during an unplanned stop. The grounds and campsites were very clean and well maintained. We stayed in mid-April so every where in the state/area was wet. We originally planned to stay one night and needed to stay longer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back during their dry season LOL!

It was a great stay especially for us being so new to Rv-ing. All staff were very helpful and welcoming. Dump station was easy to access and the grounds were well kept. One downside was the cleanliness of the showers, not the cleanest but certainly not the dirtiest either But the biggest issue was our neighboring campers who smoked all hours of the day and night and we couldn’t enjoy the fresh a

I stay here to every time I travel between WA and AZ The staff are all super friendly and very accommodating with requests. They are really improving sites with new gravel etc. great KOA

The whole campground has drainage issues and holds standing water and mud. We had our pick of about 8 sites all sites were almost completely mud and water. All the fire pits had 4” of standing water in them. Our site also had a lot of dog poop in it that wasn’t removed till the second day of our stay when we asked the first day.

It was late April, but the place was underwater. We couldn’t get in/out of our RV without muddy feet. Not to mention the dogs. If this is typical conditions for this area, it should be advised. We never would have stopped here had we known it was a muddy mess.

Roads inside of campground had a lot of pot holes and needed to be filled in and repaired. Cable tv hookup did not work.

Overall I love the campground and staff. But there was one staff member that just was rude and not helpful. But I love the beautiful area and would come back soon. Thank you for being so sweet to me and my family.

The water came out of the hose green host just said that it’s normal. Left after one night, planned to stay 3. Also I know it’s been rainy but the campground was a swamp mud and puddles everywhere.

Visit started out rough. Site was flooded, water was orange, neighbors were loud and fighting. Water cleared up, husband shoveled a trench for water to drain. We requested not to stay in that site again. Usually a pleasant visit. Office guy called us to ask if we were going to check in, which was irritating since we tried and the office was closed. Wifi sucks.

The campground needs some major cleaning up. Grass at our site was a foot high. This by far has been the worst KOA we have stayed at. Won’t be returning to this one nor would I recommend it.

I understand it is spring, but the standing water in the sites was bad. Sewer connection was so far away I couldn’t reach it. And I know this is nothing to do with the campsite, but more the previous campers, there was dog crap everywhere. The woman at the desk was great though. Super helpful and knowledgeable.

We have stayed in this KOA many times and it is convenient in and out and have great staff. In the past I have not been very happy with their internet service but this stay now have excellent WIFI which is much appreciated. Thank you for the upgrade!

Sites have deep ruts. When it rained heavily, it was like living in a swamp. Our least favorite KOA to-date.

We had a lovely time during our stay. Your bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Due to the rain our campsite had a puddle, but you tried to fill it in. We will definitely come back next year (depending on the weather) and would highly recommend your campground to others.

Just a quick overnight stay during our travels. All was fine except for Mother Nature saturating the ground making it quite muddy - not the fault of the campground. It looks like there is much for folks to do here, will return in the future if it fits our schedule.

They need to fix the excessive water situation in the power/water section. Huge puddles in virtually every campsite, lots of mud. My shoes ended up thoroughly wet and covered in mud, as were the bottom of my pants.

You need to invest in more gravel or concrete pads to cut down on mud and water in the campsites. This was our second time staying here and nothing has improved. Also, heated bathrooms would be wonderful.

The campsite beside us had at least 25 mounds of dog excrement. We could not walk around our trailer. It was simply disgusting, The park appears to have the majority of the sites occupied by long term residents. Definitely not what we expect to see at a KOA, especially at the rates we pay.

Assuming rooms ate sites. Sites cared for and well maintained. Staff helpful and cheerful. Well placed between cities for lots of options.
