Welcome Message

This KOA is located in a former pecan grove near the intersection of I-20 and highways 277/83/84.

Hang your hat at the friendliest campground in Texas! The paved roads and large 50-amp pull-throughs can accommodate rigs up to 90 feet. This KOA is located in a former pecan grove near the intersection of I-20 and highways 277/83/84. Choose from sunny sites or shady ones, courtesy of the many mesquite and pecan trees. Either way, you'll enjoy a relaxing stay and famous Texas hospitality. There are hundreds of places to eat and shop in Abilene, and many restaurants will deliver to your site. Enjoy a dip in the pool or a game of pool on the billiard table. The grassy dog park and free treats are popular with four-legged campers. While in town, visit the Abilene Zoo, where the $5 admission lets you feed many of the animals and even get nose-to-nose with a giraffe. You also won't want to miss Frontier Texas!, a multimedia journey into Texas history.
