The entrance and exit is very tight when another rig is coming in. The kids toys were all broken at the playground and tons of fire ant mounds. I know it’s Texas but you can treat them and put down preventative measures. Our site was OK but tight to get in with the tree. Thankful we didn’t get one over in 24 that’s even worse. It was fine for one night but wouldn’t want to stay longer

Our stay was nice and quiet with friendly people around us. We thought the check out time was an hour more than what it actually was...We spoke with the manager about it and she didn't charge us for our overstay. She was really nice and informative as well!

We stayed one night while traveling through the area, we called while on the road were able to make a reservation. The contact person was very helpful and knowledgeable, being close to Interstate 20 there is some road noise but other than that the grounds are well kept and the restrooms very clean.

This campground was a bit noisy and could use some cleanup but I only stayed one night and the people were nice and in all fairness it was early spring so they may have been working on the cleanup.

There was no picnic table at our site. I could tell that this KOA does not have enough picnic tables to cover all sites. This was really disappointing as we did not bring our own table on this trip. Also, the site numerical ID sign was screwed in to the electrical box with the screw protruding into the 30 amp plug (I was using a surge protector). I could not close the cover at all and it rain

Very nice KOA campground. Sites are level, hook-ups are well placed, very clean and well maintained. One of the better KOA’s that I have stayed. Green grass between the sites made sitting outdoors nice and pleasant. Kuddo’s to the groundskeeper!!

Great place to do an over night stop! We have been stopping here over night since 2016 every now and then on our way to a Teardrop Rally somewhere! Thanks for this, Clean restrooms are a must! This is our second over night this money going and coming for a Rally! See you again in future......

Easy on, easy off. Nice park. Check-in clerk on a slow day just rude. Asked if they could fill my propane tank. Pulled it & placed it next to the fill station, our site was next to it. Never filled on a very slow Saturday. Decided to bring it home & have U-haul fill it, probably at half the price, less convenient. Not a typical experience for KOA's.

Called ahead and had reservations showed up to find employees truck parked in our spot which was next to his trailer that he obviously lives in. We had to wait for him to get his truck moved and when we were setting up our slide outs water and power I had the privilege of stepping in his dogs poop which was everywhere and hadn’t been picked up in a long time. NEVER AGAIN ABILENE. What a joke!

Nice patio site. But if we had neighbors that put out a swer hose it would have been right there near the patio. Consider adding a low fence. No staff available.

Woke up to shower and shave brush my teeth and had no water. Went outside to check and my site and the sites near me had no water. Not sure about the rest of the park but we paid for full hook ups and didn't have full hook ups really!

Nice enough for a night or two, or longer if you don't mind a little highway noise and the occasional sound of a B1B taking off or landing in the distance. The Good: Clean bath/shower rooms with enough pressure and temp for a good hot shower. Nice little playground for the little kids. Nice little dog park for the furry family members. Good sized sites, level and hard pack/paved (we were in a pull thru) and full hookups. Nice laundry room with competitive pricing $3.50 for a wash and dry as of this writing. There's also a little book and "stuff" exchange area in the corner of the laundry room. The staff are friendly and jovial. The Meh: Cell coverage (we have Verizon and ATT with a WeBoost) and wifi coverage is poor to spotty, with the wifi being non-existent further back in campground. Highway noise and the lights from the motel next door are noticeable if you're in the front of the park. If you're planning to stay for a while, ask for a spot in the back of the park. If you need propane, get it prior to arrival as theirs is out of service and has been for at least a couple of months (we stopped here in February and it was out of service then, it's now April)...not sure if they have any plans to bring it back online or not. Overall: The good far outweighs the meh and this is a good stop along I-20 if you need to rest for a spell.

Great campsite! We stayed for one night, everything was ready for us whenever we got there, the bathrooms were extremely clean and heated/air conditioned! The dog park was super clean as well! We choose a pull through site and it was super easy and convenient! Only downfall was the wifi wasn't the best, but we are camping, so.
